Don’t Buy From This Company!
Day of delivery they couldn’t get inside enclosed trailer lights working. They offered to check my fuses under hood. My mistake trusting they knew what they were doing!
The young man began to pull fuses and failed to put one back in the proper slot. The mis-​placed fuse just happened to be for my trucks computer module. System defaulted and truck was dead. They never offered to fix the issue. I had to have the truck towed and repaired. Three days without my vehicle and $ 115.00 later truck fixed. I submitted a claim for the repair bill. Several calls to follow up and no call backs nor any emails regarding conclusion for a month. Third call, they say they’ve had several conference calls regarding the issue and they will give me store credit for the bill amount. Ridiculous! I must use my truck and trailer for daily business. Major inconvenience getting other transportation and still no lights inside trailer. After delivery, still no interior lights but I finally figured out the issue without them. Even worse, I purchased a draw-​bar and ball from them. They installed the ball on the bar. Several weeks later, the ball is so loose, I notice slack and notice the ball is at a 45 degree angleit so loose, no way they torqued this ball down. Tire pressure checked the same day, supposed to be 50 psi, tires had 25 psi at best.
I was concerned about damage to the hitch head due to the ball issue so I submitted a complaint to the manufacturer «Interstate Trailers» and they never even bothered to respond. After I complained to the Manufacturer, they wouldn’t even honor they’re store credit offer.
This company doesn’t deserve your business. I’ve managed retail businesses for over 30 years and could have solved this service issue in seconds. These guys are clueless on what customer service is and don’t deserve your hard earned money! I suggest you buy a MIO brand instead!
