The Real Elite Movers

I was very disappointed in this moving service. I requested a 9:00am moving time to load a storage building into a Uhaul. The movers did not show up until 10:20am. Additionally, my furniture was scratched in the moving process by the movers. Not a simple scratch, but a deep cut into the wood of an expensive piece. My husband mistakenly signed off on the movers performing their jobs when they left, so when I called and reported the damage within 24 hours (as required by the contract), I was told there was nothing they could do about the damage. I spoke to the company several times. At one point they offered to refund the cost of the loading. However, I was told they would call me back within the half hour and I received no call. I am highly disappointed in how this was handled. I would not recommend this service.
