I have lived here for over a year, paying $ 784(including water) for a 700 sqft 1 bed 1 bath apartment. No issues besides really terrible management. They will never return your calls or emails, the only way you can catch them is if you go into the office and half the time the door is locked because they are«out of office» I have two awesome downstairs neighbors. But for some reason all the other buildings have loud obnoxious people. I cought two guys walking thru the parking lot at like midnight flipping people’s handles on there cars to see if they were gonna open. It is supposed to be a gated community, but the gates are ALWAYS broken and left open. We went to sign a new lease because our lease term is coming due. And they told me our rent will be going to $ 804 not including the shared water bill.(They take how many tenants are in the building and split the bill by that number– so you end up paying per person in the apartment) Definitely look somewhere else!

This complex is *still* covered in dog poop even with new people in the office. They told me notices have gone out, but I have seen zero improvement. Also, being upstairs I can really feel all the earthquakes.

I’m sorry, but I have to retract my original review of this complex. I have lived here for 6 months & it has been less than stellar. I’m going to give you my honest review of The Bryant: Pros– –Excellent maintenance staff! –The office staff really is very friendly. In fact, the main reason we chose to rent here is because of the great experience we had on our property tour. –Great location –Reasonably priced for the area –Washer & Dryer in your apartment! –Gated –I really love how cute the new green & orange paint looks on all of the buildings. And now! The Cons. –It’s like they recruited the trashiest, rudest, most self serving people that they could find to rent here. Seriously. Our neighbors are terrible. I can’t believe they passed the background check to rent here. ALL of them, except maybe 2 or 3 people. –I get cat called by other tenants’ guests & harassed by Mormons that live at the complex almost daily. It’s starting to make me very uneasy, and my fiancé doesn’t want me going outside with our dogs at night anymore. –Small, cramped, poorly designed layout. –Dog poop everywhere. They don’t enforce the clean up rule. My fiancé and I have got to be the only people that pick up after our dogs. –Most of the dogs around here are never leashed! I’m having an issue with two dogs at the complex that attack my dog almost daily because their owner lets them roam the complex freely. –The pool is ALWAYS closed. –I caught one of the managers looking through my neighbor’s bedroom window when they weren’t home. They had an Ivy plant in the window, and I think she thought it was something else, but still, total invasion of privacy! –Every single hinge, door frame, etc broke within our first 3 months of living here. I lived in a rent house for 8 years before this, never broke a single thing, and got my FULL deposit back, so obviously this isn’t an issue with us.(Thankfully, maintenance at this complex always fixes things fairly quickly!) –There is trash everywhere. It looks like I live next to a trash dump. –When I moved in my dishwasher, washer & dryer and AC were busted. –The cheap laminate is peeling. –When they are going to do complex maintenance(pest control, parking lot resurfacing, etc.) they LITERALLY give the residents 12HOURSNOTICE! My lease says that it will always be at least a 48 hour notice. This is hard for me, because I have pets & I have to have a few days to make arrangements for them to be boarded. All of this on top of a ton of other issues I can’t even begin to explain in a single Unilocal review. I think a lot of the issues like the ones listed above are out of the manager’s hands. A lot of the issues have to do with other residents not caring about keeping the place that we all live nice. I thought I would love it here, and would end up renewing my lease. But I just don’t think I can. This didn’t end up being the experience that I was hoping for when I moved in.
