This location uses the old method of calling out numbers that are printed on the receipt rather than serving you or asking for a name, but they called out the food pretty quickly.
My burrito was packed well and was at the right temperature. My boyfriends burritos and taco were likewise. They have a salsa bar that has pico (eh), normal salsa (okay), and firehouse (yummy) salsa. I feel that $ 4+ for the burrito I chose was a tad pricey, but that’s the price of fast food. It’s fast. For a price.
I just thought I’d note that this was my first (and, as of this date, only) visit to this location. I didn’t have any hair in my food, but maybe the yoga pants and tank wearing teen doesn’t shed as much as some of her co-​workers.

I usually get good service and food when I visit this particular location. I figured my Sunday trip would be no different. I ordered some tacos and burritos to go. I got home and the tacos were fine. I took a couple bites of the burrito and sticking out of my food was a long strand of hair.
I called bueno. Was put on hold for 7 minutes the first time and called back several times before I could finally get a manager on the phone. I told her and she told me to come back and they will refund or replace. When I arrived there, they offered me more food and I declined. I got my refund and left.
This was the second time in a row that I had hair in my items. The first was a complimentary cup of water and the second was the burrito and they were served by the same woman. I think it might be time to invest in a hair net. But this will likely be my last to trip to this location.
