Taco Bell

Jenny in the drive thru was very genuine and quick. I will definitely go back. I had a mango brisk tea but it was too syrupy so I asked Jenny to replace the drink with Sprite instead and she had no problem with replacing it.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Not fast food, really slow and bad food. Dirty and dingy. Don’t go unless you want to lose weight, from a disease.

At least seven or eight times in the last year I have tried to go to this Taco Bell and been told that the «computer system is down.» This freak occurrence always just happens to be when a rush of business is coming ie.: when bars close or after midnight. So either Taco Bell has the absolute worst computer server or provider of all time, or their employees are lying to the customers. If this is the truth that is fine, but don’t advertise that you are open late and open at all and just close early. It’s happened so many times that I don’t even bother going there anymore since I know it’ll be a waste of time (since they’re always «down»)

Not even worth the 1 star. They got our order wrong so I went back to get the 3 items missing. They were not apologetic at all. I asked if I could just have my money back and they said no? So when i got the missing items I was still missing 1!!! And one of the other items was wrong!!! Never coming back here again. I was treated so poorly I think I’m going to call corporate tomorrow. Horrible experience. Still missing a bean burrito.

Not my favorite fast food taco place. I recommend a local taqueria instead. You will get better food for a similar price. However, Taco Bell is great if you are hungry and its late. I do like their breakfast items and recommend you try it instead of the same old sausage biscuit elsewhere.

Staff has clearly changed. Consistently at night, the wait is now MASSIVELY longer (indeed, actually longer than it should be at ANY fast food place), they’re getting my orders wrong, the soda is now under-​carbonated, like they’ve fiddled with their machine or are just too lazy to refill their carbonation tank, AND I’ve been a little queasy afterward. To me, even being a *little* sick, makes a restaurant instantly have a one star. That’s the basis for being able to operate; not making people sick. I have written Taco Bell through the taco bell website, about their recent changes, but haven’t heard anything back. Strongly encourage everyone to write to them, if you have also noticed the change in quality.

Why don’t Unilocalers review more fast food locations? Most of us are guilty of indulging at least once a month.
Fast food reviews are in some ways more important than fine dining reviews. Hear me out:
Some fast food locations have such poor quality control that they can consistently give their guests diarrhea. This is a bigger deal than a disappointing meal or high prices.
Some fast food locations are so slow that they can cause you to be late for work or an important meeting since you can’t leave most drive thrus prematurely, even if you’ve been stuck in a line for 25 minutes.
Some fast food locations from the exact same chain can have great discrepancies in quality. This Taco Bell is an example of this.
These are just some examples of why I potentially care more if a fast food meal goes wrong than if I have a disappointing experience at a real, quality restaurant.

Taco Bell has been my guilty pleasure since my first car as a teenager. Before ever going to this location, I looked it up on Unilocal and saw some things that impressed me. Some things I very quickly learned were very important were speed, consistency, and the popularity of the location.
This Taco Bell is so busy and consistent that the food is always fresh and you have much less indigestion to worry about than if you go to a slower, less busy fast food restaurant.
This place consistently has drive thru lines at all hours, but the staff is so used to it that they handle the continuous stream better than many lesser TBs handle a few guests.
Due to the constant circulation of its product, I honestly believe the chances of getting indigestion are far less likely here and that is a huge plus.

I am rating a Taco Bell as a Taco Bell, so I give it four stars. Obviously this is not the same level of merit I would award a four star fine dining experience, but it is significant nonetheless.
At being good at what it is supposed to be good at, this place deserves no less than four stars. The only reason I don’t rate it a five is because the customer service is mediocre, but I don’t really even fault them for that since it’s way too busy to be super polite to every guest.
So I guess the main reason is because I don’t want people to make fun of me for giving a fast food place five stars!
If Taco Bell is your guilty pleasure, this is pretty much as good as it gets.

My favorite non meat treat… not sure what it is… not sure I want to know. But hey, it is tasty!
