Good selection, but customer service needs work.
This looks like a relatively new TJMaxx location. The inside was very clean and well-organized. Their selection of items was great. In particular, the amount of haircare products they had was great. There was a Giovanni hair gel that I haven’t been able to find anywhere in months that was available here.
Everything was great until the checkout. Three cashiers were open and all of them were having difficulty. Maybe they were training? The line was unusually long for midday on a Tuesday. A couple of associates were just hanging out behind the registers too. They eventually added a fourth cashier and the line started moving, slowly.
Based on their product assortment, I’d be willing to come back and see if maybe the poor customer service was just a hiccup.
