Val Thompson was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We had our in ground shelter installed 3 yrs ago and have not had any issues at all. Would definitely recommend!

We have had 3 storm shelters installed by this company. 2 below ground in the garage and one above ground. The crews (all of them) were friendly and knowledgeable and the office staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Had a below ground garage storm shelter installed yesterday. We got the small model that fits 6 – 8 people. The company had informed us they would be arriving between 11 – 1. My first thoughts were, hmm lunch time? Should’ve just told us 1 o’ clock, and they got their right at 1, maybe a minute before. So, still meeting their obligation, just an odd timeframe. The two workers weren’t the friendliest, but seemed knowledgeable when I asked questions.
At the end of the day, the finished product looks really nice and I’m impressed and satisfied with it. I’m generally impressed with how fast they can put these shelters in, took a little over 3 hours. I guess we will see how it holds up, so there could possibly be more to come from this review.

My wife insisted on having a below ground storm shelter when we moved to the OKC area. I read all the reviews and was really worried because of the many complaints lodged against these companies.
Many contractors found reasons to add on charges beyond the original estimate. Many were defective, leaked, door didn’t work, etc. Some left debris, mountains of dirt, or other stuff.
Storm Safe was chosen to do our shelter after reading the reviews/​complaints. I am glad to say they did the job at the price stated in the estimate. Everything was done as we agreed on the contract and there have been no problems or issues with the shelter.
I am 100% satisfied and would recommend this company to those needing a shelter.
