The staff and doctors are nice, but the communication between staff. Doctors, lab etc is beyond pitiful. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and the so called medical team members do not seem to share vital information to achieve a clear treatment plan and optimal care of patients. Possibly because this facility if so new, they are ironing out kinks, but I would not come here for my cancer treatment. They have a lot to learn and I wouldn’t want to be their guinea pig.
