I don’t do a lot of Starbucks but when I do, I come here. Now it isn’t the best but the staff is helpful and friendly so that’s has staying power for me. Only once have I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was still ice cold so I was pretty upset knowing I spent 4 $ on food I couldn’t eat. My coffee is always right, good, and they ask if I want double shot of espresso most of the time which I need usually lol. Overall, pretty darn good!

Despite the hectic parking from the busy AT&T next door, this Starbucks has to be the best in the area! I’ve been a few times on my lunch break and meeting a few friends. The staff is super friendly. My order is always on fulfilled quickly and correctly with a smile and a family like environment. It’s amazing to see how many customers roll in and out of this place with the baristas still keeping their cool and being super nice! A very well ran Starbucks and an even happier Unilocal reviewer! I would hope they send new hires to learn from these baristas!!!

Every other starbucks i have been to in oklahoma has not been this bad. I got an iced grande caramel mocchiato. Not only was the service slow and unorganized but my drink was barely blended and everytime i took a sip i would get just straight caramel and nothing else. I have ordered this drink millions of times and loved it and this time it was ruined. I would definately not recommend the shop in target or the drink.

It’s your average Starbucks. The baristas here though are pretty nice and they’re pretty fast about making your drink. Sometimes they’re not good about reading your order on the cup but it happens. Overall a good location though as they’re always busy. But the parking is atrocious!

What can I say this is just another Starbucks. However, this location always seems to be busy and baristas have always been super nice when I have been here. The drive through line is always long and parking is almost nearly impossible to find during the busy parts of the day when you need a coffee of sorts to make you through the rest of the day.

Two stars because the staff did eventually make my coffee.
Flies were all over the ceiling and it made me concerned… because this is a road trip, it was one of the only Starbucks we could find in the area. Hence, I stayed for the caffeine.
They were out of ice at 4pm? Not sure why.
One of the baristas was kind enough to put ice in a hot drink that we initially ordered with ice.
Sketchy hygiene, but eventually we did get good coffee.

SLOWWWWWWW and I understand lines but it was just me getting a red eye no cream no sugar that is coffee that is made and 2 shots that even if done separately would take 10 – 15 sec each 30 total. not the 14 min some odd seconds i was forced to lesson to this 16 year old regal his co worker about this «hot b****» that came in yesterday.

I would agree with the last reviewer who mentioned low standards. It’s a Starbucks yes, but the morning I visited this one the staff (teens) were having a little too much fun. The manager did recommend a drink to me, but the whole time I was there an off duty employee bantered with the on duty employees. They laughed it up, threw a couple of cups at each other, and although they all appeared to be teens, I still expect them to behave as professionals. Take it down a notch when there are customers around.

My favorite starbucks in in OKC so far :) everybody is so nice and there’s one lady who works there who recognized (out loud) that my boyfriend and I would go there pretty much every night! It made us want to go there even more!

This is Starbucks after all, so me coming often has become quite the usual thing. The coffee (latte) I had here often is good. Place is neat and has a good feel in it. No interesting stuff going on here, and just an average experience.

Considering it’s one of 2 coffee shops in MWC, you take what you can get. It’s your typical Starbucks.
Starbucks needs to expand their menu. I never know what to order here because they don’t list recipes or flavors just types of drink. I would like to be able to order something besides a caramel or mocha ‘whatever’. The only time they list anything different is during the holidays. They say they can make anything, but if you ask them for say a ‘Almond Joy” they say, «I don’t know what’s in that».

It’s a Starbucks. I prefer making my own coffee at home, but I do enjoy the dark chocolate covered graham crackers, and I might be weird but I enjoy collecting their cold cups and straws. The service here is alright, not great but also not bad. I’d come here again.

This Starbucks has pretty low standards compared to every other Starbucks I have visited world-​wide. The cashier did not smile and was rude. We were not asked if we’d like a receipt. Later, when we asked for the receipt the cashier did not know how to produce one and had to ask several other crew members. My oatmeal did not come with all the toppings I usually get at other Starbucks. I did not even receive a spoon and had to wait several minutes for one. Service was very slow. Just overall, everything about this Starbucks was wrong and put me in a bad mood. They need some better leadership and training here.

Crowded, small, pretty typical Starbucks. Don’t expect this store to have any glassware for espresso or espresso macchiato drinks. «They broke them all».
Parking lot is terrible, it’s not the most accessible, but the patio is nice and they serve the coffee you expect.

Great people working here, like most Starbucks. It’s a shame it’s so poorly laid out – from the parking lot to the crazy-​busy drive through to the narrow store. The whole shopping plaza is a cluster bomb, but hey, if we want Starbucks, we’ll risk our lives, eh?
Hint: if you’re in the drive-​through and think there’s a chance you’ll have to bail out, forget it. You’re committed to the bitter end.
