My experience in this Starbucks was excellent. It was clean and orderly and the staff was pleasant and efficient.

Placed my iced coffee via my phone app. Placed it while I was in the Walmart parking lot across the street. Right afterwards I drove straight to Starbucks. My drink was ready the minute I got there. That’s what I call speedy service! The only thing was on my order, I had indicated whipped cream. It displayed on the order sticker too. Unfortunately my drink didn’t come with it. Other than that, I have nothing to complain.

Screwed up drinks staff that doesn’t care. Ordered my drinks via the app. One drink is done first the second they put the second drink out, it’s immediately snagged by the guy behind me who clearly thinks he’s the most important person in the place. Then, Mr. Hipster takes a swig and begins whining it’s not what he ordered. I said«no it’s what I ordered». The barista asked him what he ordered and they made his drink while I stood there. I finally asked if I could have a new drink that some Random dude hadn’t been swigging on. They for some reason had to agree and finally I had my damn drink.

First and foremost, I am a Starbucks fan! However this Starbucks takes entirely way too long for a drink. 10 – 15 minutes in the drive thru. This Starbucks would not make it Dallas!!!

They do make a pretty mean coffee or tea drink, however the numerous other coffee and tea shops around are just as good and much cheaper. Additionally, I would prefer to give my business to a local business owner instead of a large corporation. Just my opinion.

I travel a lot via road trips. I have never seen a Starbucks with such a low rating. When I arrived around 10:00am it was very busy, but there were 5 employees working. Just about everything was running exactly the way I would expect a Starbucks to run. I am from Chicago and I love Starbucks for the energy they give off, even when very busy. That is the one thing that all of the staff did not give off. They were not upset and not CRAZY busy, but a little busy. No a single employee was smiling. All looking down at what they were doing and not making eye contact. The employee taking my order, the barista and the drive-through. When drinks were ready, the would yell the drink name and walk away, not giving a straw(yes I know they are right there) and not thanking the customer. That was surprising. The place was immaculate, including outdoor seating and restrooms. As I drove around the area, I did notice quite a bit of homelessness, so maybe that is something that deal with on a daily basis, but none at this location while I was here. My iced mocha was made perfectly with whole milk and whipped cream. So besides the customer service, which was acceptable, everything else was up to my expectations. Not sure why so many 1 star ratings, but maybe some changes have been made. :-)

I’m here almost daily, you just gotta know when to no hit the rush hour. Great customer service 95% of the time and I’ve never gotten a messed up order. I’ve actually even received free drinks due to long waits. The area is great, near other food if you wanna stop and pick up some lunch as well.

I thought I’d give this location another shot(yet AGAIN) to grab some hot chocolate, cookies, and a slice of the gingerbread loaf before heading off to Christmas in the Park in Yukon since it was on the way. What a mistake. This place has not improved at all. Apparently my experience with the swarm of flies inside hasn’t changed much. Except this time it was in the bakery case rather than around my face. There were a lot of fruit flies in the case, flying around the food, walking ON the food, etc. Absolutely disgusting. If you plan on going to this location, never ever order the food. This wasn’t just a single fruit fly that somehow got trapped inside the case. There were a LOT of them. So clearly there is an infestation there and they are enjoying the benefits of the bakery case. *shuddering* We did order three hot chocolates. In spite of us being the only people ordering and waiting on an order(no one in the drive thru, anyone sitting already had their drinks), it still took 10 – 15 minutes for us to get them. What the heck were they doing? This location is just absolutely horrid. Contacted Starbucks through their website, and got a pretty canned response that only apologized about the hot chocolates, which they gave me credit for. But they did not once address the fruit fly problem. Rather disturbing to see that the length of time it took to get our drinks was more important to them than the fact the food being sold has flies all over it.

Frequent Starbucks customer. Not all Starbucks are the same. Very long wait for beverages. 15 minute wait. Out of napkins. Attitude and costumer service can really make the experience. Cashier was grumpy. Not personable. Openly upset about asking for«extra hot.» Just drive past this Starbucks.

Almost a year ago I vowed to never go to a Starbucks again bc of their horrible customer service. Desperately looking for a coffee for my road trip I decided to give this location one more shot & pulled into the drive-thru. It was like 9 cars deep & of course I had to get behind«oilfield trash» who couldn’t get his order right. After 20mins in line during the 5 O’clock traffic rush I didn’t need a coffee anymore I needed a vodka on the rocks. Never got a coffee. If your looking for a coffee at this location make sure to stop at a liquor store first & bring a romance novel or a newspaper to read. It may take a while. Cheers.

This Starbucks could really step it up. It’s a little frustrating when you have no idea how your favorite drink is going to taste every time you get it. Sometimes it’s great. Others, mediocre at best. This Starbucks already has a 2 ½ star rating. Shows that other people aren’t very satisfied either. Starbucks is supposed to somewhat set the standard in coffee but lately, this location has been tasting low grade. I’m disappointed that this is the only Bux on my way to work. Put a little more care into your drinks and it’ll go a long way.

I went here every day when I was in OKC for work. I spent a week here and I feel like finding a Starbucks is a must for the mornings. I Unilocaled this placed and saw that it was close. I love that it was also quick, and being new to the city, it is close to a lot of other places you could get food at so it was convenient. I love that when I ordered my drink they always made it correctly and all the food they had out for display they also had available. That does not always happen and is irritating in the morning, so I was pretty pleased with this location. I mean again, this is a chain coffee shop. There is not much to say, but I did not have a bad experience the 6 days I went here so it would not be a waste of time to go if you need a little pick me up in the morning!

I’m willing to let a bad experience go but when things happen time after time I can’t help but speak about the business. I come to this Starbucks everyday and in the last 2 weeks I’ve had 3 occasions where my coffee has not even been full, I’m talking the coffee missing a couple inches in the cup. I order a Venti for a reason… There have also been 4 times in the last week my cup has been sticky with stuff all over it. Is it that hard to be clean with the cups? Just really bad quality here…

Just a Starbucks. Not good, not bad. Just a ‘bux. I’m sure they get their share of interesting characters through there, located so close to I-40. The drive thru probably never stops ever and I’m sure the people that work there get sick of that beeping in their ear all day. They made my decent cup of coffee with the normal efficiency. The tables, floor and sugar station could use some straightening up. Other than that, just your regular, everyday Starbucks. Not much more to say.
