The customer service is pretty good. They also have a wide selection of merchandise and have really good sales.

They usually have pretty good sales, but this location doesn’t have much of anything anymore. This is the closest location to my house. I usually just order online and opt to pick it up in store. They have a pretty easy pick up system. You can place the order online and if you have a smart phone you can pull up outside, check-​in on your phone for your pickup and within 5 minutes they bring your order out to your car. You never even have to go in.
I went in-​store recently to buy my nephews some clothes and the options were minimal. They had one style of shorts, some t-​shirts and some jeans. That was about it. They have a bigger selection of baby clothes, but kids clothes is really limited. I bought some things here but wound up having to exchange them because I bought the wrong size. I went to the Western store to do the exchange because they have a much bigger selection.
I will continue to use this location as a pick-​up location but there’s not much point in going inside because of the limited selection. If you are buying a TV or appliances it might be wort going inside.
