Scott DryCleaners & Laundry is by far the worst business establishment I have ever used or tried to use. About 17 years ago I took some items to be cleaned there, and they lost a top. I had a very difficult time getting reimbursed the top, and when I finally did, the manager had such an attitude about the situation, like it was my fault, I decided never to return. I guess it was my fault for being stupid enough to take my clothes to Scott Cleaners. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance as I needed to have two comforters cleaned. I usually use another business for this, but Scott Cleaners is near where I shop all the time. Apparently, my items did not meet their standards, and they refused to accept my comforters. One of the comforters was a $ 500 comforter from The Company Store. I was told the batting inside might be clumped, I did not see how that was possible as it has baffles in sections throughout the comforter to hold the down in place. I called to complain the next day. and did not get any better treatment from the manager. Stay away from Scott Cleaners. They think they are too good for your business, and they loose your items, as well.

Worst cleaners I’ve ever used. They ruined my dress and refused to reimburse me, and lost multiple of my husbands shirts. We spent over $ 100 weekly, and still were not treated like a valued customer. Go to Excel cleaners down the street, they have excellent service and care about retaining customers.

I brought in a Hugo Boss men’s dress shirt to be cleaned and it can back with stains on the collar and bodice. They sent it back a second time and the stains remained on the collar. They then proceeded to send it back 2 more times and the final time it came back with an additional stain on the collar. I then filed a complaint with the corporate office. After 2 and a half weeks of not hearing from them I finally got a hold of Jane in complaints(who I had to call). She then proceeded to explain to me that they could not remove the stain they had caused and would not pay me for the damaged shirt. They offered me a store credit(never told an amount)…WHY would I want a credit after you ALREADY ruined a piece of my clothing. Jane said they owned up to their mishaps, but CLEARLY they do not. I have NEVER been treated so poorly and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I’ve never had an issue with clothes being damaged or not ready on time as with other dry cleaners. Plus they have a really good 5 shirts for $ 5 deal.
