Had brunch there today it was good and the service was outstanding especially for a buffet. We have been there before and it is always good. The pastrami was very good as was the bacon. Not much of a dessert choice but enough.

Pricey but worth every penny. Crab Cakes are a must! They taste like they came straight from Baltimore. The Love salad is excellent. My husband always gets the stuffed pork chops and they are always outstanding. Cocktails are tasty too!

What we ordered: two starters– crab dip n Hawaiian poke. I had a sole and my companion had a pan-roasted stuffed pork chop. We shared a side of mushroom risotto. This is the first time I visit. I would say I love this restaurant. Love their food. Although the sole and Hawaiian poke isn’t the best. but the cooking method is the real European-style. If there is some avocado in the Hawaiian poke would be nice. Decent ambience for dating. The potion of the side dishes is big. Good for share. Time: early dinner at 5 Person: 2 people, walk in without waiting Staff: Very Nice and polite Price: around $ 80something for two Will return or not: yes

Although I love Rococo Northpark, Rococo on Penn just off 23rd is my favorite. It’s intimate and cozy, an ambiance that is fueled by the appropriately dim lighting and touches of red décor in both the bar and booths. If you have a big group, take them to Northpark. For smaller groups, take them here. The food, as always, is excellent. I’ve never had a bad meal at Rococo. I’ve celebrated my birthday here, dined with colleagues here, and hope to take my parents here next time they’re in town. You can’t go wrong with those oh-so good blue cheese cookies, you know.

Jeanine service was great and the food was wonderful. We had the filet and the halibut. It was cooled to perfection. We also started with the cookie sampler. Previous review were correct. They were delicious. Great place that we will definitely go back to. Best restaurant in OKC.

Very nice atmosphere and delicious food. I just sat at the bar for wine and appetizers. I recommend the«cookie» sampler. Good service too!

Came here for an anniversary and i have mixed review. Came because of recommendations from co workers but I’m not sure if they have this location or the one on north side confused. So first the location… Semi difficult to find but look for the dark red sign. Once entering the area it was dead… We were the only ones in a booth and there was maybe two other couples in a bar… My husband and I were like maybe we should go elsewhere because it was empty but we were both tired and just wanted to eat. The food: pretty good and that’s actually saying a lot because my husband doesn’t venture out much and I am picky because of my salt restrictions. The first thing that came out was the bread and the garlic infused olive oil. That olive oil was amazing and I wonder how long it would take to make this. Bread came out toasted and warm with no salt! But no butter. Next came our appetizer and we got the crab cake and the crab dip cookie. Crab cake was the most amazing thing I’ve eaten in a long time and it should be because when we checked our check it ended up being 20 $ so know amazing food comes with high prices… Crab dip cookie was ok but a little too much in my opinion. My entrée was the lobster and shrimp risotto but I felt my lobster and shrimp was slightly undercooked and it felt way too chewy but the risotto itself was good except it was too crunchy but I’m not an expert on risotto so I don’t know if it was supposed to be like that. Husband got the ribeye and he said it was fairly decent but we both were so full from the bread and appetizer we took our entrees Togo. Too full to order desert so we skipped The service: it was attentive but duh we were pretty much the only ones there. We will go back but maybe on a weekend when actual people are there

Chophouse salad was no great shakes and was pricey — $ 12. I’d skip this. Chicken Piccata was amazing. Actually the best I’ve had. Loved the Orange Dreamsicle cake as dessert — not too sweet, just right. My friend ordered the mussels and said they were amazing as well. Service was very attentive and efficient. I would definitely come here again and try some of the other salads and entrees. Great place for a romantic dinner or celebration.

We came here for a Christmas party. We were a large group and therefore had a special menu put together for us. There weren’t a tremendous amount of choices, but everything on the list was delicious. Their balsamic vinegarette was divine. I had the filet mignon which was delicious and the White Russian cake for dessert. The whole thing was yum yum yum. I can’t wait to go back and try a few of their other delectable offerings!

Since there’s no half star options for reviewing, I upped to 3 stars only because I can’t get that crab cake anywhere west of the Mississippi! I am from Maryland. Crab cakes = heaven. Rococo does them RIGHT! Makes me feel like I’m sitting on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. BUT… Why has this location gone so downhill over the years? I haven’t seen the owner, Bruce, at this location in like 2 years. But I do see him at Northpark, which seems to be all the focus. He’s always sweet to me when I see him but I wanna shake him by the shoulders and say, «Fix the original location!!!». It’s dark and dinghy and wait staff has gotten subpar. I loved when Chef Jason was at Penn location. I’m not sure who is there now because I no longer feel like a regular. I was one, since Day 1. I was there 2 or 3 times a week. Now, there’s so many other places that, I feel, want my business more. I will always go for the crab cake and clam chowder. But I don’t feel like they are trying to keep up with the competition. I got the feeling, on this last visit, that this location is going to close. I hope not. The Love Salad is so good, I’ve eaten the whole thing, by myself(as an entrée’ lol). The clam chowder is truly New England style and delicious. The different calamari are all good. Grinders and reuben for lunch are great. Cookies are all good. They’re just better at the Northpark location over the past year. I love Rococo and will keep coming for crabcake. But really not my go-to anymore. They need to step it up! OKC has too many new places that are spectacular for them to not be on point every single night.

Excellent choice, nice atmosphere. We sat at the bar and we have good service. The clam is very good along with Risotto. I will definitely come back.

My husband and I came to Rococo for our anniversary on Saturday night. We made a reservation but were surprised to see the place pretty much empty when we got there. We had the sampler plate of «cookies» which are like bruschetta and they were pretty good. My husband ordered the chicken piccata for dinner and I had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. My husband loved the piccata and subbed the linguine noodles that normally come with for the mushroom risotto at the waitress’ recommendation and he raved about it. My Alfredo was good but nothing spectacular as I’m Italian and from the San Francisco Bay Area it tasted like the regular stuff from back home. We would return to try some other entrees. I wish there were some Italian desserts on the menu! How about some cannoli? Seems like the chef could work wonders with that. We were surprised to see things like key lime pie and the chocolate lava cake every restaurant in OKC has on the menu at a nice Italian place. Overall we enjoyed the dining experience.

Excellent service, delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. We arrived at 8:30 tonight with reservations but didn’t need them. I would rather be safe than sorry after my seating situation at another restaurant a couple of nights ago. Tonight, we had shrimp & lobster risotto, rib eye, some sides and red wine. Our food and drink was brought in a timely manner and it was delicious. Also, the chef walked through the restaurant asking about the quality of food and if everyone was happy and comfortable. I highly recommend Rococo.

Have to say that when I wrote my review I don’t think there was a difference in names for the original Rococos and the newer Northpark one. My previous review was based on occurrences at the new, posh one. I noticed that after a group of us decided to go back to Rococo Restaurant & Fine Wine the chef/owner Bruce commented on my previous review about things being better. Well ok, I had written the review in a low-key negative manner but since the real complaint was never addressed I shall spell it out: We used to LOVE Rococo on Penn, it became our ‘local’, must have been there at least once a week for ages. Then North Rococo opened. We went there a couple of times though preferred the ambiance at the original site. Bruce started a Chef’s Table at Rococo North and a group of us had a fun Birthday celebration there in the kitchen. We were by now pretty familiar with all the staff and Bruce and they with us. The next birthday we booked the Chef’s Table again. It’s a double birthday celebration as Rococos knew by now. When we get there we’re told there’s been a double booking, some business friends/patrons had also booked. After looking into it they found we had the reservation, but Bruce came over and explained that the business people were very important and had donated 4 ½ thousand or something and could we, would we mind … Disappointed but nice, we had our birthdays at a cramped table in the restaurant. Bruce, the bartender et al told us they would make it up to us, various ways etc. We never heard a peep from anyone again until we decided to go back to Rococos at Penn for Mother’s Day last year. Bruce was there and came to the table to say hello. I was not friendly. I suppose he wrote his reply to my original review then. But still not a word about shoving aside then ignoring regular customers who ate and drank AND tipped very well. So that’s why my previous review was short and unfriendly. We still miss going to Rococo at Penn, they’re overpriced but yes they DO have the best lump crabcakes I’ve had. But we just aren’t comfortable there anymore, it all feels superficial now that we know how they act when the chips are down.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to go out to eat in OKC. You can chill and watch sports at the bar or have a romantic night out with your bae. The calamari Greek style is probably the best thing they serve. It’s like a calamari salad in the most delicious way possible. Everything I’ve had here as been top-notch and seems to be prepared with loving care.

I know it’s Easter, but c’mon man… do better. No mgmt supervision and it showed. We had a party of 12, so we are here to spend money. But the staff seemed irritated that we were here to enjoy brunch. The food was good, but not great. Ordered several fish and chips, chicken and waffles, and a few other dishes. The appetizers were ok, but nothing great. They were out of a few dishes as well. Floors were dirty and despite having a reservation, they acted overwhelmed. As I’ve said before, there’s too much competition in this city to not try harder. It’s been a while since we have been here and it’ll be just as long before we return. One more note… If you indicate that you accept keep it local, then take it. Pretty weak to not honor it. I know the owner, and I guess this is a problem of owning two restaurants– can’t be everywhere at once.

I’m going to start with the positive: the space was lovely, our drinks were fantastic, and the service was great. The crab cake was the best I’ve ever had, do not miss the chance to order it! The negative: my duck was awful. It was cold, and had zero creativity in texture or flavor combinations. I could’ve made it at my house. It, along with some sauce, was the only thing on the plate. There was one tiny liver toast, but it was lost in all the duck meat just sitting there. I’d suggest they throw in some other components to the dish because it was completely average, or below. We love fancy food. We did not love our entrées. They lacked creativity, diversity, and innovation. I really had hoped for more, but we’re still going to give brunch a try!

My husband and I have wanted to eat here for a long time but just never did it. So for my birthday the family went to have dinner. I was really looking forward to this, unfortunately it did not live up to my excitement. Most of the food was bland — nothing exciting — a little tasteless. The risotto was not as creamy or flavorful as I would have liked but the scallops were wonderful. My husband got the veal parm –it was fried way too crisp but the red sauce was outstanding. Kids got Alfredo and scampi — again both were okay. Lobster mac and cheese was«soupy». Wish I had gotten a crab cake instead. Service was outstanding as our server was friendly and helpful. For the $ 150 we spent, I doubt we will go back.

Came here last night ordered the crab cake and the salmon special of the night. The crab cake was very tasty with the outside coating. The crab was not salty at all and tested very good. Can’t say anything else about the place that was good or great thats why the three stars. Ordered the s’mores for dessert which was to sweet for me. Everything came out to $ 115 after tip which for the food was way to much for only loving the crab cake.
