Friendly staff both times I’ve been in the place. Took a mower in for warranty work a couple months ago and somehow it decided to start working after we got it up on the table (weird). Second time I went in looking for parts to fix my string trimmer. Didn’t have the parts I needed on hand (couple of springs) but the guy took about 10 minutes digging through the drawer full of springs to other models trying to find something suitable. Found something close for me and I went on my way (unfortunately they weren’t right size but not their fault). Parts counter prices are reasonable.
