Prevail Strength and Fitness is an independently owned strength and conditioning program led by Sean Shearon. Sean has partnered with Red Rock Fitness to provide his program to current and new members. Sean’s program isn’t crossfit, it isn’t ‘boot camp’, it’s a total body program that incorporates muscle activation, weight lifting, isometrics, body weight, and a variety of Cardiovascular exercises. Sean classes are designed for any level of fitness; from beginner to advanced, you will find your limit, and Sean will help you push past. Each class has between 10 and 12 participants, so that you will receive proper coaching and technique instruction. I can personally vouch for this program. Under Sean’s guidance I have gotten stronger, leaner, and more fit than I’ve been since I was in the military, over 15 years ago. Come give it a try, you won’t be sorry.
