This is my go to Phở location when in OKC, don’t pass in great Vegi Spring Rolls as App. Not tried the fruit smoothies but look great!

I will first start by saying the food is very good. But after going every week for several months, I won’t go back. The service is HORRIBLE. There is one waiter. We get there early, and often are the only table for 20 minutes and the waiter(I’ve only seen the same guy) is too consumed with his cell phone than taking our order. We keep going in hopes the service will get better, and it won’t… Until they replace this so called server.

I was told long ago from a Vietnamese friend to never go to a place using Phở’ in their name as a Phở’nny name as it wouldnt be very good… I mean Jeff nailed the puns in his review, but restaurants never do it seems. I just moved to the area and was really craving Vietnamese but didnt feel like getting to the Asian District at 5 pm so sucked it up and tried it. I can honestly say, I was pleasantly surprised and exceeded all expectations. I got the rare beef phở, some egg rolls and my buddy got the beef vermicelli bowl. The broth was nice, more herbal than beefy, but not terrible. It had a fair amount of beef and the right amount of noodles, herbs, sprouts, etc. The egg rolls were properly cooked and decent, but could use a little more filling. My friends vermicelli bowl looked decent and he said it was good. Overall, while not necessarily amazing, it is pretty decent and fills the hole. Ill likely be back from time to time when I dont feel like heading all the way to the district. Oh, management, if you read this… print some take-home menus… no website and no take-home menus? Seriously making it hard for me to call in an order… so I just may not…

Just like any other good phở place, good. My husband and I got the P7, with chicken and fried spring rolls. All was delicious. Service was good. I’ll be going back!

Ordered the phở, broth was delicious. Would definitely come back and eat here again. The ice coffee was delicious. The service was great too.

The place was pretty empty when I went for lunch with a friend so I was a little skeptical. Once the food showed up I was pleasantly surprised. It was inexpensive and quite tasty.

As a California transplant I’ve had a hard time finding quality culture food! After trying several Phở shops here in Oklahoma City I must say that Phở’Nomenal has been my best experience. It’s all about the quality of broth with it comes to Phở and they have the right idea going on. Too many times people drown the taste with sauce! Give this place at try and enjoy!

This is our regular Vietnamese restaurant. We come here a few times per week. The fresh roll is very good! Love it! The soups are great too! What is great about this place is that they also own the sushi place next door, Okura, as well and we can actually just sit in one restaurant and order from two! So many times I order sushi and phở at the same time! It is very fun! The location is great too! They have Japanese, Vietnamese and Baskin Robbins next door! It is like 3 in 1! The service is great. The places are clean and big. I’m always very happy to come here. They also have wi-fi as well.

Have been happy each visit. Overall rating seems low. Their crispy spring rolls are great. Service can be slow and it can be on the warm side. Very clean place.

People were friendly and food was good! Little slow on coming out but worth the wait. Check the board on special items that are not on the menu.

Well it’s not quite: phe·nom·e·nal [ f nómmn’l ] remarkable: remarkably and impressively good or great As defined in Webster but to try to get a little ways from Jeff’s puns… which are good, it’s pretty close. That’s as to the food. I usually have eaten here for lunch and get mostly the same thing… phở…with mixed meat balls, brisket, etc. And their Fried Spring Rolls… The soup is good; portions are large(one thing about Phở is you need to let it sit for a bit after they bring to make sure all the noodles are good and HOT… stir your food; enjoy the appetizer and then DIGIN!!) Spring rolls were crisp; tasty and not very greasy. I usually add a little of the other sauce from the table to the thin broth/sauce they bring for dipping. Adds a little more flavor but hey… what do I know? It’s definitely not the most fantastic phở in the world but it is more than adequate; they are consistent about food quality and portions. Will never rate the place 5 stars as atmosphere is pretty basic and stark. They are co-owners and co-joined to Okura restaurant next door.

I ordered Phở with noodles only: Vietnamese beef broth with rice noodles. My husband ordered Udon noodles in chicken broth with shrimp, chicken, and pork. Everything is served with a plate of fresh basil, jalapenos, lime, and bean sprouts to be added to your bowl. I was worried at first I wouldn’t be able to eat the whole bowl it was so big, but it turned out so amazing that you couldn’t help but eat all of it! I will definitely be going back!

The Combination Phở’ried Rice(extra spicy) was really phở’resh, and enjoyable. I’d order that again before I’d order their phở, which I phở’und to be somewhat phở’rgettable. I’m so sorry. That was awful and I’m ashamed of myself.

I’m hesitant to leave a one star review for a restaurant, but my experience here was so bad that I can’t possibly give it more stars. Several months ago, I was craving bun cha gio(vermicelli noodles with egg rolls). A very simple Vietnamese dish that any Vietnamese restaurant should be able to easily serve up. Too lazy to go the extra few minutes to the Asian District, I made a to-go order at Phở’Nomenal, picked it up, and took it home. I opened my styrofoam to-go box and it was far from Phở’Nomenal. More of a PhoPhail. I paid $ 10 with tip for my order. My single box was over half full of just plain vermicelli noodles and ONE egg roll and NO veggies. The one little solo cup of fish sauce was so bland, it tasted like water with just a few dashes of fish sauce. The egg roll was not fresh, it looked like it had been reheated in the microwave. I was so upset that I paid $ 10 for noodles and one leftover egg roll. This was about 5pm on a Saturday. I could have gone to Lee’s Sandwiches and for $ 4 get a delicious and full to-go container of my dish… or any of the authentic phở places and still paid less. Spend the extra time, save a few bucks, and go to the Asian District. I really hope I just went on a bad day, but it’s was so bad that I will never return.

On my lean diet I rarely eat noodles or rice, but made an exception when a friend recommended we eat at Phở’Nomenal. While the décor is sparse and uninviting, the service was attentive and the food was excellent. Okay, for the price, it’s not like you are going to have an out-of-body experience — although you could. There is plenty of room. I will definitely return and bring a bib. Splashes are part of the drill. Don’t wear silk.

Today, my mom and I ordered two different kinds of phở and a shrimp spring roll appetizer. We were both impressed with the extensive menu! Atmosphere was lovely, as was the spring rolls. However, there were a lot more carrots than we preferred! The thing that was a deal breaker here was the phở(noodle soup). The bowls were smaller than a lot of other places in the OKC/Edmond area, and the soup was oily and diluted. There wasn’t much flavor to it.

I have been in twice(I try to give second chances unless a place is truly awful), and I have to give them a resounding meh. A very trendy white bread version of phở. The broth is very bland. Service was ok. I would have to say the name is nearly appropriate, it is very nominal phở.

It’s all about the soup/phở. That is all I’ve had here so I can’t speak/write about anything else. And the stuff is great. Solid favors of steaming broth layered with all your favs. Extra credit for their coffee blended drinks. The White Chocolate is so good it should be an enumerated sin.

I really love this place. I’ve felt hesitant for awhile in reviewing it, because I honestly don’t know a whole lot bout Vietnamese food– other than one horrible attempt in New Orleans, Phở’Nomenal is my only experience with the cuisine. Ok, let’s get this out in the open first of all: I love soup, and I love noodles. There. It’s true. If I had my way, I’d probably eat brothy noodlely soup 5 times a week… but I think my husband would revolt if I tried to take over dinner that way. But Phở’Nomenal really delivers– they have a variety of soups, including phở and non phở options, and are quite flexible about ordering.(I typically get the P4, one of the phở dishes, except I get udon noodles… and I used to order it without any cilantro on top. The horror!) The non phở dishes are ALSO good, though! They’re well seasoned, and whenever I get a noodle chicken plate, it’s nearly more than I can eat, but I still want more. Also, protip– order the coconut water/juice. It’s sweetened, and has actual large slices of coconut in it. It’s fan-tas-tic.

Three star food. Four stars for being English-speaker friendly. And the pun-nerful name.(Sigh, I tried). Broad menu, clean and simple décor, and nearly empty. A good place to introduce people that are unfamiliar with Vietnamese food. The menu has clear English translations and the employees are fluent. I wanted Phở and I had Okies with me. I even promised them Baskin Robbins next door for afterwards if they were good and ate all their food. The food was presented nicely. The chicken was missing the roasted spices I was used to, but it was a nice, simple grilled chicken breast = no hidden hard bits(yes, a dig at YOU Phở 95!).
