Place in rapid decline. Restaurant biz thing we see a lot. Things going well, rest on laurels, cut corners, slack off, product and service quality suffer. You’re greeted at door with signage saying the place is open from Sunday-Monday… Huh? Food is not presented well and more than half the meat in my phở on a recent visit was inedible. Fat, stringy yuk that a sensible«chef» would not send out to customers. They don’t seem to care. «We’re in a neighborhood with no competition, they loved us when we opened a few months ago, so we can do anything.» Much better options a few miles away. Huge disappointment.

I read the reviews a few weeks ago and was not real excited about trying this place, however, the reviews seem to be more positive the longer this place is open, so the hubs and I gave it a try. The host that greeted us was very friendly, we were seated right away and drinks were delivered within a minute. We shared the spring rolls with peanut sauce and the crab Rangoon with duck sauce. Both were very fresh tasting and good. For dinner I ordered the noodle bowl with shrimp, squid and crab. The crab was very imitation, which it states on the menu, but there was definitely no pulling a fast one over on anyone. The shrimp was good and the squid was fishy. The bowl was ginormous and I barely made a dent. I asked for it to go, hoping I would have the next 3 – 4 meals covered and the waiter brought out a pint, so I guess if you want to take all of your leftovers you will need to specify that to them. The hubs had a beef vermicelli bowl(Bang cao, or something similar). He ate about 95% of it, also a huge dish. I failed to take my phone into the restaurant, so I only have pics of my To-go dish. All in all a very good experience and we will definitely be back to try something different. They have bubble tea smoothies and coffees that looked appealing in the pictures supplied, no one around our table had one to view. Check them out– just north of Quail Springs mall on May avenue in OKC!

We love this place! The staff here go above and beyond to provide us good service, and are extremely courteous and sweet to our young daughter each time we come in– making our experience wonderful each time. The food is delicious and this has become one of our go-to restaurants. Keep it up!

We had exceptional service, and our Phở was great after some sriracha and hoisin sauce.

I ordered the Bánh Xèo and it was delicious, it comes with three large ones. My family are road tripping and decided to stop by here, we were not disappointed. The portions are huge, my dad says«Don’t come here if you’re on a diet!»

We had dinner last minute here on Saturday. It’s our first time here so we didn’t know what to expect. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and greeting. My husband ordered some potstickers for our appetizer and they were delicious. He ordered the rice plate(banh cuon) and I ordered the phở with the rare steak for our entrées. His dish was really good. We haven’t found a place that serves it as good. My phở was a bit bland but I just added a bit of fish sauce to it and the other condiments and it was really good. I ordered a small bowl and but the serving is larger than other places. A really good deal on the price and amount of serving you get. The place is really clean and has a different look compared to the other phở places. I really like it. We will be coming back for sure!

Normally not a fan of Phở, but this place had pretty good phở! The banh mi sandwich was pretty good, will probably be going back pretty soon

Updating my review due to my most recent visit on 11÷7÷15. Previously, I gave the restaurant 4 stars and said that the was phở good, although not excellent. Unfortunately after my last visit, I have to update my review because I feel the restaurant has gone a different way compared to when it first opened a few months back. The service was despicable. No one sat us when my mom and I walked into the door. Two wait staffs saw us and one walked by but did not acknowledge or say anything. Then, we decided to seat ourselves. The waitress came and asked if we were ready to order within seconds of handing us the menu. She was unpleasant and seemed very annoyed to do her job. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, only steady, and I think the issue was they were short staffed on a Saturday evening. Regardless, I feel the wait staffs were probably overworked and grumpy, but that is not something that they should take out on customers. My mom and I both ordered phở and it was really bland. I don’t know if they changed the recipe since I was there two weeks ago, but it was tasteless broth. The meat was also very little compared to when they first opened and I noticed they took away their napkin holder. We asked for napkins but was never brought any. The vegetables were also very minimal and I had to ask for extra limes. Normally they bring out 4, but we were given just two lime pieces. When we were done, my mom asked for the tab and the waiter told her to «hang on» so he could seat a group of people that just came in! I felt totally offended because we weren’t acknowledged when we came in and for him to have the guts to tell us to «hang on» is just rude! Phở 54 need to train their staffs better and hire more people to help on the weekends. After that visit, my mom and I decided that we will never return and will have to meet somewhere else for our weekly dinner dates. If you live in Edmond, check out Covell Park or Phobulous for phở. It’s a bit of a drive depending on your location but I think it’ll be worth it to not have to experience bad service.

We finally stopped in and tried this newer Phở place, as we usually drive all the way to 23rd and Clausen for Phở. We were skeptical but we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and freshness. Although it is about $ 1.00 more per serving we save that in time and mileage to drive into OKC. The phở had great flavor, lots of your chosen meats and fresh add-ins. The service was quick and friendly. If you are a fan of Phở definitely try this place

This is my new favorite tasting phở in the OKC area. Completely different flavor than the rest, unique and delicious. Absolutely try it if you haven’t.

I was skeptical about trying this place after reading the reviews here, but I’m so glad we checked it out because it was completely worth it! We started with the Pork Spring Rolls and the Crab Rangoon. The pork spring rolls had the right amount of meat vs. veggies and I loved the peanut dipping sauce as it really gave the dish some zing. The crab rangoon was hot and again and had the perfect amount of filling. For lunch, my husband ordered the Phở Chin, which is their rice noodle soup with brisket. The brisket was AMAZING and would have been great on a sandwich by itself! Having it in the broth and served with all of the fresh fixings, jalapeños, cilantro, basil, lime and bean sprouts made it even that much better! I ordered the Bun Thap Cam, which is vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, chicken, and shrimp served over lettuce and with various veggies. My dish was really good, but next time I would go with the Phở as it truly is the best I’ve ever had. The service was good, very attentive, but not hovering too much. The atmosphere was nice. Next time I would probably sit at a table as I found the booths somewhat uncomfortable. I have a feeling we’ll be back here a lot as the weather turns cooler! It’s nice to have such a great plan so close to home!

My husband and I go here at least twice a week. It’s the same owners as phở van in okc. Same good quality food and customer service. Sooo delicious. I dunno why people are complaining about the broth. It’s amazing. And I’ve been to nearly every phở place around here. Plus, they actually have good crab rangoons and Boba tea.

While I would rate this as the best phở north of the Turnpike, it is not great. The broth is pretty bland, though much improved with additions of fish sauce. I ordered double meat on the side, but it was brought in the broth(so overcooked) and if that was really double I would hate to see the regular — only about 8 pieces total. Veggies were very fresh and atmosphere and service was nice, but it won’t end up on a regular rotation despite its proximity to Quail Springs Mall. Darn.

I was excited that finally there is a Phó place closer to where I live but I was really disappointed with the food. I ordered M4, pork and seafood egg noodles… there were 2 slices of pork, 5 pieces of shrimps, 2 pieces of Squid and the rest is mostly imitation crabs. Oh the broth was really bland! The one star is for the place being clean and the friendly staff. Other than that, I am not going back. I’d rather drive 15 miles to have a good vietnamese food. No place beats phở lien hoa.

The broth is not typical and therefore I don’t know how to compare it to other phở. Don’t know if I’d even call it phở! It’s sweet and a little cinnamony or maybe anise??? Not even comparable to the phở downtown. Makes me sad :(

I have been wanting to try Pho54 since it opened but had been hesitant given the reviews. I ordered a small fatty brisket and rare steak phở with peach Boba tea. Both were very good. The staff were friendly and the service was prompt. This will be my new spot for phở.

If you don’t want to be valued as a customer this is the place for you. Wait staff was awful. They ran out of basil jalapenos and limes nothing to add to my soup. Finally we said we just go ahead and leave. Because it took so long. Never said they were sorry. Major disappointment was really excited about it being up the street from me. Will never go back.

The shrimp spring roll’s peanut sauce is good, I like it. The noodle and meats are good but the broth is not very good. The boba tea’s boba is hard. And waiters/waitresses are not enough

Finally… a nice Phở/Chinese restaurant in Edmond/North OKC. Located close to Quail Springs Mall and not overpriced. The owner is the same person who owns Phở Van on Western. More upscale in this new area though, but still the best Phở around. We were happily surprised that they were very busy on a Sunday night. My husband, daughter and myself ordered the Phở. The serving size is huge! The Medium will fill a grown man. My husband has the Phở sweats after eating all his(in a good way) ;)! Excellent broth and they always offer the full set up that goes along with the Phở. Prices are excellent and a great place to either go with your family or a nice dinner date. I will be returning again and often. P. S. Order the Chao-Tom(A10). It is excellent — and don’t forget to chew on the sugar cane!
