Above and beyond! 5 stars is not enough! They custom built our families home theater and alarm system. The theater room is an amazing experience! Their knowledge and innovation as a company is top notch. Very reasonable pricing as well.
As far as customer service goes, we could not be happier. Any issues we have had, we just call them up and it is fixed quickly. We love everything they have done for us! Can not recommend them enough! Thank you Onyx Theaters!!!

Onyx is the real deal. The staff is very knowledgeable, and their level of customer service is top notch. I am not very tech savy and they really took the time to explain the equipment’s capabilities and how to best use it in my home. I reccommend them to anyone looking for a home theater system.
