Don’t go here as they don’t understand customer service. The lady at the register was on her phone the entire time while checking me out talking with her Mom. She was very rude and when I asked a question she wanted me to wait while she continued her personal phone call. Looks like someone else had the same experience based on the review. Don’t know how they stay in business as their selection is very limited and no one seemed to shop there.

In town for work… Went here with some colleagues. I consider this store to be a very Midwest type store. I wasn’t impressed with the clothes. There was prob only one tank top I’d buy for myself. But they do carry small gifts to take home to friends or family to prove you actually went to OKC. I was happy about my purchases. What I wasn’t happy about was the indifferent cashier. Rude. On the phone… Not appreciative of customers. And didn’t bother to clear up the counter area where the turnstiles were located, making it difficult to fully rotate them. Just bad attitude all around. (Side note… The guy @ the pizza place right next door. Knucks… Super awesomely friendly!!) So 3 stars because it is one of few stores that carries«gifts» and they do carry decent items. But minus 2 stars for the rude service

I went in the store today(06÷16÷15) to get a few postcards. When I was ready to check out, the cashier was on her personal phone. She told me that she was sorry but she had to take it because it was an emergency. She was able to be on her personal phone and check me out at the same time. This is definitely frustrating. Red Dirt Emporium needs to hire more people or at least have two employees working during the summer. There were at least 10 people in there, including me. Other then that, they do have cute and unique things in the store. The postcards were $ 0.75. The reason why I like to go to Red Dirt Emporium for my postcards because they do have a large section of them. Many to pick from.

Nice place! Only place open in the morning as I browsed the bricktown area on a Saturday morning. Oklahoma souvenirs along with kitschy unique gifts. I found a couple cute shirts on the sale rack! Cool shop if you’re in the area.

A unique shopping experience geared towards the state is Oklahoma. This isn’t the cheesy souvenir shop one might expect. Classy Oklahoma shirts. And local apparel like Thunder, OU, OSU, and the Barons. Hats, scarfs, and jewelry. Stop by for a unique experience!

I popped in here a few weeks ago to get a gift for a friend, and I was sad to see it was not the same store I remembered — much less focused on Oklahoma music and merchandise and more focused on trendy gift items: printed scarves, bedazzled shirts and more. Lots of team shirts(OSU, OU, Thunder, etc), and lots of gift items, but in all honestly not that much if be interested in. I assume the owners know what they are doing and these items must sell well in Bricktown or they wouldn’t be doing it, but it’s just not my kind of store. The old store had tons of Oklahoma music CDs, lots of DVDs of Oklahoma films and whatnot. I guess I just didn’t realize it had changed hands. Maybe if I had never been in the old store, I wouldn’t have known the difference and it would have just been your average gift shop. I also seemed be annoying the young lady manning the store, with my questions about merchandise it turns out they no longer carry. Probably perfectly fine for convention traffic, and that’s probably who it is intended for anyway.

Competitive prices and a BIG variety of souvenirs. The staff was friendly and gave recommendations on their favorites for me to share with my family. I got BBQ sauce and a cute necklace. They have everything from tshirts and magnets to handbags and coozies.

Best one-stop-shop in the Bricktown area for purchasing OK souvenirs and gifts. I especially like their selection of artsy t-shirts and food items.

Cute little shop in Bricktown. My husband and I visited on March 25, 2010. We have a deal — we each get to pick out the same amount souvenirs(I think it would be better if we had a dollar limit, but I always pick out cheaper stuff.) For my souvenir, I picked up a set of Navajo dolls with teal shirts($ 8) and my husband picked out a small replica Navajo bow with two obsidian-tipped arrows($ 20?) Both were made by Native American artists and came with a little card with their picture and story. There was a print I wanted to buy of some clothes on a line but they were seriously expensive a 5X7 was ~$ 40!(The larger sizes of the same print were much more expensive.) Lots of cute stuff and I’d go back again.
