Fantastic florist and customer service. I live out of state and had a hard time finding positive reviews for florists in Edmond and Oklahoma City. I called a few days before Mother’s Day, asked what flowers were in stock, Jacob (the gentlemen who took my call), kindly walked me through what was in stock and what would make for a nice arrangement. I took his advice and they delivered a beautiful arrangement to my mother the next day that looked exactly like the picture I selected from the website. I was so proud to send these flowers to my dear mom on such a special day and I will definitely be using New Leaf in the future. Thank you New Leaf Floral!

I took a chance as they were the only florist that I could find that was still open later in the day on a Saturday. After today they are my florist in Oklahoma City. I was greeted by Natalie the minute I walked in, I described what I needed and she went to work creating a wonderful presentation bouquet. I was amazed at how quickly she was able to create a simply beautiful arrangement, and simply shocked at the low price. It is rare these days to find an establishment that doesn’t just meet expectations but blows them away. I will be back.

I came here to get flowers for my friend’s graduation and Paul C immediately assisted me. He was delightful and a joy to be with. I hate that I don’t live here in okc but I’ll will use this florist when I’m in town. Thanks guys and the flowers are beautiful.

Waited at the counter for 20 minutes, not one person even acknowledged me much less tried to help me.

I just recently got married in Oklahoma City Downtown and New Leaf did all our florals for the wedding. I worked with Greg and he was absolutely amazing! I wanted something very elegant but not too simple and Greg gave me so many suggestions and was very knowledgeable. It made the process very easy. I couldn’t say enough great things about New Leaf. I also had lots of candles as part of my arrangements and he did such a great job incorporating these in with our flowers! I felt confident through the entire wedding planning process since Greg was so on top of it. I was blown away with the wedding and how Greg executed my vision exactly the way I envisioned it! Also, they have done a million weddings and pretty much know all the venues and have done arrangements for those places, so the setup was a breeze and New Leaf has a large team so no matter how big or small your event is, they will be able to handle it with no problems!

New Leaf has delivered dozens of arrangements for me personally and for my business since shortly after they opened. From the common floral arrangements to large baskets and extraordinary tropical arrangements– they have never failed to come through. I can usually spot one of their arrangements because of its distinct nature. Prices vary and you can spend a lot on flowers or a little and your budget and flexibility will dictate what you end up with. If you want quality flowers and reliable delivery this is the place to get them.

I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend «just because» and New Leaf was OUTSTANDING! The people were really nice and the flowers were delivered faster than promised. I’m going to use them again for sure.

I live in Chicago and wanted to send my mom a single flower because she was having a bad day. After calling around and being told there was a minimum of $ 40 for phone orders and no same-​day delivery, I called New Leaf. The lady on the phone was very nice and said they could do same-​day delivery of a single flower (bud vase). The total came to almost $ 24, which is a lot for a single flower, but hey, it’s the thought that counts, and I’m too far from OKC to deliver it myself!

I recently used New Leaf for my wedding. I worked solely with Lynn, the owner, and found her to to be cold and unwelcoming.
For example, 1 week before my wedding Lynn called to ask for my final payment, I told her I was at work and asked if I could call back during my lunch hour. Instead of saying, «Ok, talk to you then, ” she just hung up the phone without saying a word.
On the day of my wedding my bridal bouquet was horrible. Not only did it not include the correct flowers, she included these hideous beaded swirls that spiked out of the bouquet. We never, ever talked about these and I couldn’t take them out because they were wired in. As for having different flowers than we talked about, I would have been completely accepting if she would have called to tell the flowers we had agreed on would not work.
It was a horrible experience and the worst vendor I dealt with for my wedding.
