New China

The food here is over cooked and poorly seasoned. We got shrimp with Chinese vegetables and seasame chicken. They tasted the same. Soy source and honey. Portions are small and the egg roll was half the size of any were we ever ate. Both husband and j have been in the bathroom all the next day

Maybe it’s me because I’m pregnant but I feel like the quality and quantity of food has gone down. For starters, the egg rolls are becoming less and less tiny and aren’t as filled. There have been two occasions I received overly greasy egg rolls that were burnt. The special combination platters have also been a bit lackluster with shriveled-​looking pieces of meat and soggy vegetables. On a positive note, the vegetable lo mein is good. Even though the price is great, I find myself paying more money for other companies with better food.
Hopefully this will change as the staff seems friendly and it’s a good buy…

Beef broccoli prepared spicy was wonderful. Broccoli and carrots were fresh,
Bright, and cooked perfectly, complementing the tender well seasoned beef.
Fried wontons were equally good, delicious and not overdone. This place can hold it’s own with Chinese food on either coast.
Delivery was prompt and friendly.

We order from new China every other week. The food is good and the service is great.
They always get our order right. Their prices are reasonable. The crab ragoons are yummy. This is the only Chinese resturant that we are willing to try different things on the menu. No matter what we order it’s good.

Very good food. But, the WORST customer service. Extremely rude and will outright argue with you if the order is wrong. They’re not worth the hassle anymore. My work used to order from they multiple times a week. Not anymore.

So I ordered out to New China this week and the resturant had some really good sides, and bad sides to the place.
Ordering for delivery is a serious pain in the Bleep, because of the language barrier. I literally had to ask 8 times where their online menu was because i never ate their before.
So when I could finally understand her she told me that the online menu was out of date. So mind you i was ordering blindly. I asked for their lobster fried rice. She told me they no longer sold that.
I asked for the split tail shrimp. She told me they no longer sold that. I finally was able to find a few menu items that they had.
So i ordered a chicken egg roll, a shrimp egg roll, an order of crab rangoon, and a small order of pork fried rice.
Now i will say this again the language barrier was horrible and during something that should have only taken 3 minutes it took 10. I had to ask her if their was someone their that could speak english better, and her reply was yes thank you. However she didn’t hand the phone over.
Finally i got tired of it and gave her the order. It took 5 times asking her how much the order was before she finally understood me. And then she hung up, without asking for my phone number in case the delivery driver had trouble finding my address, or to tell me how long it would take for them to get their.
So I had no idea if it would even come but luckily after 20 minutes the driver arrived and my order was correct.
The food was really good, there was alot of it, and it only cost 12 dollars and some change for 2 egg rolls, 14 strips of crab rangood, and a large box of fried rice filled to the top.
The restuarant would have gotten a so much better review if they hired someone that spoke fluent english to work the phones and take orders over the phone, and while i can say i will order from them again i must warn you.
If you are calling in an order expect a headache, from a language barrier.
Don’t trust their online menu because it is years out of date.
however if you want chinese food here are here are the great points to the place.
The are really cheap.
They have a wide variety if you have a menu.
If you like crab rangoon you will love theirs.
And they deliver for only a minimum of 12 dollars.
