O got a Gropon for laser hair removal and after a few sessions I noticed white spots and descoloration on my skin. They never told me that their old laser hair removal machines could cause this kind of permanent skin damage. I only asked for a partial refund(for the unused portion of my treatment) and I got lectured on the risks of laser hair removal for my skin type. Nobody said anything at all about that before I had problems. I have been going to a different place where they have better and newer equipment and I haven’t had any problems. They should talk to people about the risks of each procedure before they get started. Also, I believe they should be more polite when someone experiences permanent damage and only asks for a partial refund. I do not recommend this place.

A groupon for laser hair removal was my first exposure to Medispa Di Tuscany. I was not able to use the groupon for laser, instead they let me use it for dermabrasions set for an equal amount. The staff is superb, always friendly and so eager to please. I inevitably run a little late bec i am coming from Edmond, but they never appear bothered by it. The doctors are sisters, maybe twins, because they look so much alike… Kim is awesome! I drive all the way from north edmond, because i feel so confident with this practice.

I’ve been going here since last June for both laser facials and laser hair removal. For both packages, I got groupons. The facials were definitely effective at reducing lines and evening skin tones, and the laser hair removal was good for hair reduction(although, I wish it had taken a bit more hair than it did). All in all, this is a place I’ll be happy to continue patroning. The people working there have always been nice as well, and understanding about my very low pain tolerance and requests for ice and numbing gel :).

This place will RAPEYOU!!! I am from Oklahoma, but live in Carmel, CA… a very expensive area. I got a tattoo laser treatment and Botox and the Botox treatment was the most expensive one I have EVER had, not to mention, I’m 29 years young, this is my 3rd treatment, and the Dr. gave me 45 units @ $ 12 per unit!!! This is TERRIBLE. The nurses told me the doctor was aggressive with her injections, yeah, you think, more like excessive! I normally get 15 – 20 units and a lot of the offices in CA(since it’s so competitive and the recession) are offering $ 10 per unit specials. The tattoo removal did NOTHING, and I’m bruised after the Botox…$ 520 later. All I can say is I will NEVER go back and SUCKERS like me are who support their beautiful office building! –sS
