IES did our lighting for our wedding. It was beautiful! They did a room wash and uplighting that definitely made the warehouse look like a whole new space! LOVED it. The amber color was beautiful against the sage green walls. I definitely recommend their services.
However, they have GOT to figure out their billing. We filled out a credit card authorization twice. And they threatened to not show up since we hadn’t paid them… isn’t that was the CC auth is for? It was incredibly confusing. The woman who answers the phone acknowledged that she had put the CC Auth «somewhere under a stack of papers»…which is not reassuring when it’s personal info.
In the end, their services really made the wedding quite beautiful. But their actual customer service needs some work.
