Home Outlet Furniture’s promises are as empty as Corinthian Colleges promising student’s jobs after graduating… look how that turned out for them
Ordered furniture 3 months ago hadn’t received it. After two months they finally get around to telling me they couldn’t get what I ordered (after telling me for two months that it was on the truck and should be here any day). But then took forever to process my refund. I finally got my bank involved and they went and retrieved the funds but are legally obligated to hold it for 46 days. Home Outlet Furniture had the nerve to ask me to ask the bank not to proceed with my complaint and that they would return the money to my card. (I’m assuming is b/​c they face some type of business overdraft charge/​penalty). I gave a resounding…“Hell No”. Avoid this place at all cost, bunch of frauds and crooks. Oh yea I paid for my furniture outright ahead of time… no installments or financing either so much for getting what you pay for… scrubs

Do NOT buy from here. The ordering process takes way longer then they tell u. I kept calling and got hung up on… I finally submitted a compliant to the better business bureau. The day after the BBB contacted them I called & they amazingly had something similar to my order in stock so I went and picked it up. Something is better then nothing for my money. Will NEVER be back.

This place has no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions, all sales are final, bad customer service, no organization. It took 6 weeks to get my furniture when they told me it would only take 2. And when they finally delivered my furniture, it was all in boxes… they didn’t put it together, nor take the boxes with them. Just dropped my stuff off after 6 weeks of waiting for it. Don’t shop here, do your research.
