These guys offer a lost art: Customer service. We recently purchased two Yamaha wave runners. The pricing was very competitive. They replaced the batteries when they realized they wouldn’t hold a great charge. Their customer service team pulled us aside and showed us the new bells and whistles of the Waverunner and maintenance advice and how to use them. I would recommend these guys for any boating questions.

Our boat was making a weird noise at the end of last summer, after calling around to see who works on Volvo motors this place was the first we found. They told us to bring it in the same day we called, but would take like 3 weeks or so to get it back, which we didn’t mind I know we waited until almost summer to put it in the shop so that’s our bad. About 2 – 3 days later they called and explained the problems with it and the«price» i quote price because any boat owner knows you have to pay to play and it’s not cheap :/. It seemed we got our boat back in 2 weeks at the most which was great timing for us ! Now why the 4 star and not 5? Well after paying someone almost 1,400 to fix something you would think they would at least make it look nice when you pick it up! I’m not saying go all out with a professional detailer, Not only that but we had to ask to speak with him so I could ask the person who worked on it what all was done and blah. I mean it was not an oil change for $ 40 bucks geez. Just the way they gave it back was a little awkward for me, if it was my business I would let the person know what I did to the boat in person, and also I would at least start it up before they drive off in it to make sure they are pleased after paying or even before paying ! So driving all the way from okc to medicine park praying that our boat would run fine made me nervous! With all that said I still would go back to them for any boat problems I might have in the years to come :) Fast service
