Best diamond dealers! This is basically an office where you tell the guys (who are identical twins) the kind of diamond you want and pick out a setting from tons of catalogs. They order several diamonds in that cut, quality, etc and when they are delivered to them you pick the one you want. Then you have the setting done. It sounds more tedious than it is. These guys will save you a ton of money and you end up with more for your buck and feeling that you really customized your ring. H and A are who the insurance people go to for replacing lost diamonds so you know they can’t be as corrupt as the chain stores.

I have had the worst experience with H&A. Since Paul took over we have had the worst customer service provided each time I have had to call or go in. My ring was bought last December and we have already had to have diamonds replaced at least 3 times. We also had to have it re-​designed since they said the way they sold it to was was «poor quality» yet they still sold it to us (without telling us at the time). We also had to pay for them to fix their mistake and remake the ring. I have never had a customer service professional treat me the way H&A does and will never do business with them again. The quality of service provided along with the quality of the jewelry is not worth it. They have not made anything easy on us at all. I would not suggest doing any business with them.
