I was excited when I found a place that had vegan cupcakes so my son could have a sweet treat when we’re out that doesn’t contain egg due to his allergies. So I was let down when they were dry and lacked a lot of flavor. I have yet to find any place that makes decent vegan sweets though. I wish they would make it just without the egg. The regular cupcakes are ok. None of the icing was really good. It had a funny texture and taste to all of it. We tried it 5 or 6 different times, hoping that maybe the time before was just an off day, but it never really improved so we are still looking for that elusive egg free delicious tasting sweet treat. I also asked if they used any kind of coconut oil because my son is also allergic to that which they said no. They use canola oil. I thought that was strange if they use only high quality ingredients. I also inquired about soybean products but she acted put off by all the questions and she didn’t really answer it so I just left it at that and got off the phone. I think all places that serve any type of food should post all the ingredients for each separate food item. It would make the lives of people who have food allergies so much easier.

Green Goodies have some amazing salads and sandwiches. Their cupcake selection include gluten free, which I love. They have one day old cupcakes for half-priced which is a great deal for cupcake lovers. I’ve had the Chubby Hubby, Red Velvet, and Classic Vanilla. Will definitely be back for lunch because I love their salads.

Best egg salad I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience! We purchased four cupcakes, mine was pumpkin spice and oh they were heavenly with just the perfect ratio of moist flavorful cake and entrancing icing that made me moan uncontrollably! Sorry, but it did! They offer lots of gluten free AND dairy free which is not too common around town. Really great cup cakes from the lady that won CUPCAKEWARS on TV! I KNOWWHYNOW! We will be back! Great indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to people watch with large windows floor to ceiling! Spotless and chic throughout.

Really nice staff, not a gigantic selection but it’s small. Only tried the hazelnut, delicious. Their red velvet looked very promising, I will have to come back and try it out!

Best-tasting cupcakes I’ve ever had in my life. Really good selection, too! I got a hostess-SO GOOD. I’m a chocolate lover and this was a really, really good chocolate cupcake. I got a red velvet, and the icing was perfect. And I got a sopapilla cheesecake, the frosting was also very good. I don’t like cake so I just eat the frosting, and the frosting was amazing on the red velvet and cheesecake. The hostess though– the entire cupcake was delicious. It is definitely a must-try.

I normally love baking, but also enjoy supporting local businesses. When I needed some cupcakes to celebrate my firstborn turning two, I looked at my Yekp bookmarks and realized I wanted to try Green Goodies. Their address needs to be updated(they’re now located in Classen Curve), but have a super cute shop. The customer service was beyond superb, that definitely makes you want to come back again. While ordering our little cupcake order, my husband and I tried the lunch options — and my, did they not disappoint. To preface, my guy enjoys meat, a starch, and veggies — that can make the idea of a sandwich a huge turnoff. Thankfully, his order hit the spot, and actually filled him. My pear and ham sandwich with a mixed greens salad was extremely tasty. In fact, I found myself talking to myself about how much I was enjoying my meal. As far as the cupcakes go, I don’t exactly remember what I ordered(mom brain is real), but they’re good. Now, if you don’t like a ton of icing, you’ll have to scrape some off. The flavors of the cupcake are very tasty. I enjoyed everything, and my now 2-year-old loved smashing his face into a happy birthday cupcake(he didn’t eat the whole thing because we wanted him to get to bed). No complaints!

When entering the store, I was greeted by a super friendly smile. And after finding out that they had gluten free cupcakes — my smile was almost as wide as the owner’s. The cupcakes are a bit on the pricey side — but super delicious. Ask about day old bakery items — as I think they may be discounted. This place is definitely worth the trip inside. Walk in hungry and leave happy!

I was looking for a gluten-free and vegan bakery. Found this place on Unilocal.Friendly, helpful and patient employee answered all my questions. Lots of cupcakes on display. They only had chocolate chip cookies on hand that were both gluten-free and vegan. I was slightly disappointed that they had many options gluten-free and a few items vegan but only the cookies that were both. However, after eating a cookie I was no longer disappointed. :) They are yummy. Apparently, I inadvertently did not submit the above review after my first visit. I’ve been back several times for goodies and lunch. If you haven’t eaten lunch here, it is a must. My favorite is the Veggie sandwich with tofu mayo on gluten-free bread. Beware: You will get addicted to their fresh and amazing food. Enjoy! By the way, they now offer gf vegan cupcakes. :)

I know nothing about the cupcakes, but you gotta try the lunch! I attended an amazing rooftop dinner where the chefs behind Green Goodies created an amazing meal for us. I was sold. I now get lunch at GG at least once a week. I online order to speed up the process of getting their sandwiches into my hands.(And Classen Curve is NOT in my part of town) A lot of people frequent the other restaurants in Classen Curve and have no idea that GG does lunch, so I’m here to let you know that it’s great! My favorites are the buffalo chicken salad, the salads and the tomato soup. Yum. So good. Disclaimer: the ambiance obviously is very cupcake shop-py /feminine. My husband doesn’t mind having lunch with me here — but I realize the vibe might not be for everyone ;) They have a great outdoor area, for those that need less of the cupcake temptation too.

The cupcakes here look delish. I was here for lunch though… feel free to compliment my willpower. I ordered the tomato basil soup and green salad. The salad was good, the avocado dressing reminded me of Wholly Guacamole. Not dressing-like, more of a dip or spread. That made it tough to put on my salad. The soup was better than the salad. Fresh and a bit spicy. I would have come back for the food since it was good and affordable(under ten bucks w/o a drink). But once I sat down I realized how small the space is. The once bright white furniture probably looked modern at one point, but was dingy and worn. The stools were uncomfortable and rusty and instead of changing their menu there was tape. There was food under the table I sat at and the place was nearly empty. Dirty because of lack of effort, not time. The girl working read the menu to answer questions instead of knowing it and the espresso machine was broken. Probably won’t be back. But some simple changes could make this place really good. Hope they keep up with it.

Let me begin by saying I had very high hopes for this place being the best cupcake place in OKC. Also, moving to OKC from L.A. my cupcake standard is Sprinkles. While it was good, I had the strawberry cupcake, I was not blown away. The strawberry flavor in the cupcake was nice but not as moist as I would have liked. While the strawberry frosting had authentic strawberry flavor it lacked that fresh, soft texture I expect in a great cupcake. Overall the shop is very cute. They have nice brown box packaging for your treat. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I am vegan so I can only speak to the vegan cupcakes(and the service) The vanilla cupcake tasted a lot like cornbread. This is a problem I run into when making vegan cupcakes at home but not usually when eating vanilla cupcakes at bakeries. Buttercream was great! And the chocolate cupcake was also good. As for the service, the woman wasn’t very friendly and seemed to be hurrying us(middle of the day, not close to closing.) If you need a vegan cupcake(who are we kidding, sometimes you just NEED one) this place is good, but I probably won’t be back.

Green Goodies makes my favorite cupcakes in OKC. I prefer the normal cupcake size to the larger, muffin-like ones elsewhere. I also prefer GG because of the texture – they’re not doughy or bready, but instead have a firm but moist inside and a buttery, crusty outside. My favorite is the groom’s cake, a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting, although it’s only offered occasionally. And the sopapilla is as good as everyone says! I follow them on IG, and rushed over on Valentine’s Day when I saw the buy-1-get-1 free offer!

Pleased and WILL definitely return! Came here for a quick lunch and some delicious dessert. Very clean and white place(literally). Simple but welcoming feeling. Ordered their egg sandwich and their salad of the day. Egg salad, had the right amount of Dijon mustard, served in crispy French like bread, with a lettuce leaf and tomato. Salad was fresh and huge! Tossed in dressing and sprinkled with sunflower seeds and feta cheese. For dessert, we tried their gluten-free/vegan chocolate chip cookie, cookie dough cupcake, hazelnut cupcake, and hostess. Will come back to try other items!

Ate the best sandwich I have ever had today at this place. Seriously, it was amazing. Roast beef with roasted poblano peppers, caramelized onions, crispy bacon, organic greens and tomatoes and a jalapeño aloe, wrapped in a toasted wheat wrap. It was huge and fantastic flavors. Don’t let Green Goodies fool you — it’s also a bakery and when you first walk in all you see are beautiful cupcakes on display. However their salads, sandwiches and soups are over-the-top amazing! Wish I lived in the area, I’d eat here every day.

From the warm greeting I received to the decadent(but vegan) cupcakes I enjoyed, this was a five-star experience. I was pleasantly surprised how good the cupcakes were the next day — the true test. I recently discovered my dairy allergy and was bemoaning the absence of cake in my life. The cupcakes at Green Goodies fill the void, beautifully.

This review is for the amazing lunch @greengoodiesokc is now serving, Tuesday — Saturday, 11 – 3. We got to check it out on Tuesday and it was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and try more menu items soon. I had the chicken salad, wrapped in rice paper and it was absolutely delicious. I could have chosen from pork belly, fresh soups and salads, and other dishes. Every day, they’ll feature something paleo, something vegan, something gluten free. Most lunches were between $ 7-$ 9, which seemed like a wonderful value considering the quality and freshness of the ingredients. I’ll be back… possibly today?

Classic, gluten-free, and vegan cupcakes in a sleek Classen Curve slot run by a polished, cheerful Cupcake Wars star?(You’ve got a crumb on your chin, right there. No, there. Nom nom nom.) Not the dry health food alternative sweets you’re used to, the treats on display at Green Goodies are rainbows and unicorns scrumptious. I didn’t share my Salted Caramel gluten-free cupcake(or my big, buttery, amazing gluten-free chocolate chip cookie). My daughter licked her plate(strawberry cupcake). My son tried to lick the table(birthday sprinkle cake). Ew, but I get it! The lunch menu, which is posted weekly on Facebook, has some vegan and gluten-free options as well and looks like a welcome alternative to the usual places one thinks of for lunch in the metro. Though the space is small, it’s bright and cheerful and is another jewel in the Classen Curve crown. Love!
