I come here often for odds and ends. You can find some extremely good deals here, but not everything is competitively priced. Fruits, vegetables, yogurt, and other staples are most often on sale, but other items run 20% or more than other grocery stores.
If you’re old enough to remember the local IGA’s before the mega-​marts came in and ran the local small guys out of business, this is one of the few small guys that remain. They actually take the groceries out of your cart, no conveyor belts here, they ring your items up for you, no self checks here, they sack them for you, no paying extra for sacks or taking out their trash for them by using their empty boxes, and they will actually take your groceries to your car and place them in your car for you. Old school service, remember that?
Why give your hard earned money to a big chain that makes you wait in a long line just to check out, then makes you do all the work? Heck, half the time they act like they don’t even really care that you’re there, or even want your money to begin with.
Shop local, support the little guys.

they have a bbq pick up area in front of the check out area. it’s a little cheaper than bbq restaurants.
if you are looking for a big one stop shop like super target/​super walmart or a nice place like whole foods/sprouts.this is not it. it’s a neighborhood grocery store for basic grocery items.

i haven’t bought anything in their meal aisle. because it just doesn’t look that clean compared to the ones from supermarkets.

I never buy anything from this store but ribs. They have a indepent smoke shack which makes the best ribs in Oklahoma city for a reasonable price. I go there at least once a month just for th ribs.
