I have been here many times and I do have to say that this time was the best customer service I have received from this place. I am addicted to there concrete. Tastes way better than Braum’s but it is of course a little more expensive, but worth it. I also like that there hot dogs are all beef which is great.

Terrible staff now. The staff used to be incredibly friendly now it is run by teenagers who don’t care about their job and will sling the food out at you without even checking to see if it’s yours or not. The wait time has begun to be tripled the times what it used to be as well. I will be visiting a new location from now on.

Two Words: Freddy’s Fries
I absolutely love the fries at this place. In fact, they are my guilty pleasure! Everytime I go through the drive through at this location, the service is nothing short of excellent. The staff is always friendly and most of the time they remember your face and that’s why this location worthy of my patronage.

I come every time for the fries and stay for the fry sauce! The burgers are decent, but I crave the fries. The concretes aren’t anything special in my opinion, but if you need a sweet after you meal they get the job done. This location generally has prompt service inside and at the drive thru. I’ve never tried the hotdogs, but I’d like to eventually!

Fair, but WAAAY cheap with the concrete mix-​ins. Even though the customer pays for each flavor added to the custard desserts, they only give you the chintziest little drip of each. You’ll be better going to North May, where you’ll get the full flavored you pay for. Tired of getting a disappointing concrete every time I come to this location. Managers, are you on this?
