I came in pretty late at night, because I am a procrastinator. I was shocked to find the location so busy! There were at least half a dozen other customers and only 1 employee. I was pleasantly surprised to get very great service! He was able to give me 1 on 1 help with the lamination machine, then checked on me while I was using it to make sure I didn’t need anything. He bound 4 catalogs for me and they came out PERFECTLY! He also helped me to set up my boards exactly how I wanted them with color photo stock paper. The guy was awesome. He was getting run ragged with everyone in the store but he kept a smile on his face and had us all satisfied in a timely manner!

I came here last night and upon entering was greeted immediately and dropped off my package in a matter of 15 seconds or less! I can’t review about the other things they offer here, but their customer service and package shipment section is friendly, fast, and efficient.

Came in with a rush order of books to be made and they came through within a few hours!!! Great service!!!

I was nervous about going here since the only review wasn’t good(also almost three years old) and I had never done a merchandise return. But when I got there I was greeted and directed to the proper place to take care of my request. The gentleman serving me had another employee come watch cause he was in training and it took no extra time. I was pleased with my visit.

I’ve been to a lot of Fedex Office locations over the last few years but this one takes the cake for worst customer service. 1. the self service printer was out of paper and I literally had to wait for 10 minutes to track someone down to put paper back in the machine. 2. when trying to check out for a binding job I had done, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while a couple of the folks in the back worked on other jobs. Not a single one acknowledged me until I asked to be served. Customer Service is really not that difficult.
