Great experience at this location. Jamie went above and beyond to accommodate our printing needs. We were expecting to have to come back for our poster sized prints, but she had them completed for us in just a few minutes. Will definitely come here again.

Useless! What good is a so-​called office & business center if one cannot find the services of a notary there? The UPS stores have them. I can’t even scan a document into a PDF there unless I pay an outrageous fee. You can buy an all-​in-​one office machine at BestBuy or Stapes for the same amount of money!!! Go to the UPS store.

Meh indeed. I hit this FedEx since I was all the way out at my folks before the Elite event last week, and man did I pay for it. I mean, it was only $ 1.85 but I think a few hours of time is worth a bit more than that.
Let’s back up: Sometimes I need to print things for Unilocal.Sometimes these things need to be sized a bit differently. I can usually manage on my own but this time I needed a little help. The nice guy helping me told me to go ahead and email it, so I didn’t have to use FedEx Office’s cray-​cray-​crazy lame and cumbersome online print order system, which requires about 82 steps to print a half a page worth.
I sent it. I waited. He never got my email, I never got a confirmation. I resent. We waited. I finally had to go, to finish the final steps of event prep and pick up someone from the airport for the party. So I sent my intern to pick up the order, and sent her the files to her in the event the system was still wonky. When I hadn’t seen her near the time the event was starting, I called, and she was as annoyed as I’ve ever heard her. Still waiting. Wasting our valuable time. We finally got the little sign, long after we realized it was not at all worth the wait.
About 10P that evening, I got a confirmation email that FedEx had received my email. Well, that may be the last one. I’m not really sure where I’ll take my business, but I’ll sure do my damnest to go anywhere else than an international chain that can’t get it more together than this. They may do a great job getting those packages shipped overnight, but that’s also about how long it takes to get a doggone 5×7 sign printed.
I miss Kinko’s. This would have been a one star review except the nice young man helping me sincerely meant well and was very polite.
