Went in and heard what the 5-​O did such BS! This place is the most legit of the chain tobacco place around! I can get everything for my e-​vape!

I gave them a five star since it’s the best place in Okc. Good choices, prices and friendly staff. F

I was a frequent customer to Fatt Hedz, for quite a while they HAD a decent upper had on the smoke and novelty shop as far as quality, prices have always been extremely too high but I often wanted to support the local business so I had obliged. Over the last couple trips for small things the manager had treated me in a way which made me feel like I «didn’t know anything» which I as well blew off. Upon my most recent visit I was looking for a higher end humidor, and while debating between two I asked if I could make a phone call while I was evaluating, at which point the sales person said yes. As I’m concluding the call the manager, who I have dealt with on many occasions and who never seems to remember me, from across the room very rudely told me there was a sign on the door (which mind you was 5×3 inches and hand written) that says no cell phones. So I, being a little befuddled step outside to finish my call. While reentering the store I asked specifially what the sign had meant, as my friend from Michigan owns a novelty ship himself and I am well aware to not take any pictures of the glass/​art. He replies «whatever I want it to mean» and I said «well that is pretty vague, does it mean no calls? Obviously I understand no pictures but and I allowed to look up something I am comparing?» He then repeated «it means whatever I want it to mean» so I, being very frustrated decide to leave. After getting very heated and feeling I was treated wrongly, I went back to the establishment to get in contact with the owner, who was conveniently there. After delaying my side of the story to the owner all the while and the manager interjecting and then abruptly telling me «dude just leave» at which point I said do the owner I do not care what he says, he’s the manager, your the owner would you like me to leave? And after a wishy washy response he said I was welcome back I follow the rules. I however, will NEVER be returning and highly recommend anyways to look into other options in the area. Prices are double than any other I’ve been too for medium grade quality products. Horrible prices, horrible management, and minimal product selection. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

This place is off da chain. Came in handy on a road trip. I’m all thumbs up.
