Great friendly staff Great stay. The cleaning staff even wrote a note saying thanks for staying with us. How awesome is that! Was out working most of the time, but location, price, staff friendliness, and the breakfast in the morning had fresh fruit which is great for me.

I’d say I had a pretty good stay. Props to Ryan at the front desk who treated me really well. I flew into OKC at 10am for a business meeting at 2pm down the road. Check in is at 3pm. Naturally my room wasn’t ready when I arrived at the hotel, so I posted up in the lobby(decent amount of plugs for laptops/phones). Ryan knew I was waiting and was able to get me a room at 1:30, just in time to get settled and run out to my 2pm meeting. The next day I had a flight at 6pm. With checkout being 12pm, I knew I’d have to post up in the lobby again because a 4 hr late check out is just unreasonable. Ryan let me go an extra 30 which definitely helped me catch up. I am currently in the lobby and the Free Wifi & two plugs is just what I needed. Great hotel for business travel — clean rooms, decent breakfast and overall good service. Oh yeah and tons of channels on the TV, with a fridge and microwave in my room. Nice amenities. I recommend it for short term travel!

This was the worst experience I’ve had. Customer care is non existent and their 100% customer guarantee does not exist. A word of caution in the event your stay doesn’t go as planned don’t try to resolve it with their manager they don’t care and they don’t have an issue telling you. Spend your money at the hilton down the road or anywhere else but here. Stay away!!! Mr. Alarie, I tried dealing with the Manager of the hotel and assistant manager and it was a very disappointing experience. One gave me the run around and the other was rude. I thought I would have better luck calling the 800 number and speaking to a C/S professional and it’s been 2 weeks and no follow up. I’m not sure if this is what you call 100% satisfaction guarantee. Maybe before you tell me the issue was corrected you try giving the customer a call first. I was actually waiting to deal with corporate on this before I decided to post my pictures of the unsafe facilities we were made to stay in after your water disaster, but will post now.

Great rates. Very clean. Helpful, happy staff. Free WIFI — NOPASSWORD!!! Wahoo! This it that thing where you always have to check in to the hotel, then find a password and/or some log in that involved your upper/lower case last name and some initial… takes 10 min to not log on. Here, you just log on. The business center has a computer and is a little slow. However, emailing the front desk gets your paperwork printed. And the staff is happy. Night staff and day Management — awesome. In room fridge and a vanity area large enough to spread your stuff out. One catch. And not the fault of the staff. The parking lots of other hotels kind of make this one hard to get to. Just make sure you go in right at the IHOP. Not a big deal for how great the place is. A sign on the road would be helpful.

Free, non-password, good speed wifi! Clean rooms, with fridge and microwave.(I had a double bed room). Excellent rates. I have nothing to complain about. :)

Wonderful staff, very friendly! If I didn’t want them to disturb me, the cleaning crew would leave a basket with extra towels, shampoo, and wash cloths, which was nice. The beds were comfortable and they had often had fresh baked cookies in the lobby. The morning breakfast doesn’t have a wide variety, but it is decent.

We had several choices of hotels in the area, but we picked this one out of all of them because it was the only one that offered a free full breakfast(with Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches, nonetheless!) When we arrived, check-in was fast and the girl that checked us in was extremely friendly. The room was pretty standard, with a king size bed, a couch area and all the usual stuff. The hotel had an indoor pool and spa that looked pretty well maintained. We stayed one night and the next morning(Christmas Eve) we awoke to an oncoming blizzard in the area. We got to my family’s house just in time to avoid the severely bad driving conditions and ended up getting stranded where we were, not able to drive back to our hotel. The next morning, when the blizzard was over, we decided to go back to the hotel and check out. Not only did the manager(same lady that checked us in the day before) comp us the night that we were stranded and not able to get back to the hotel, she also let us check out that day with no charge as well. It wasn’t their fault that the weather was so bad, and they certainly did not have to comp us anything but they did anyway. The next time I’m visiting family in the area, I’ll be sure to stay here without hesitation — the service was outstanding!
