Given that this location is currently under renovation during my stay. I can’t fault them on appearance. What I did find surprising was the renovated room that I stayed in and house keeping was below average. Negatives: 1. The bathroom faucet and drain control rod was not secured to the countertop. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and was told that this was not the 1st incident of faucets not being secured. The faucet was ultimately secured on day 3 of my stay. 2. Plastic bathroom liner in the shower tub barely covers the tub overhang causing water to flow past the curtain and on to the floor during showering. 3. Spotty workmanship was noticed, paint was missed on some spots on the wall and ceiling, and paint being painted over old adhesive on the wall. There was paint brushed on the security latch on the door. 4. The base of the TV was very dusty. 5. Ice bucket was not dumped after I used it and after the 2nd day I dumped the water from the bucket and was not given a new liner. 6. The garbage pail after being dumped out was placed in the middle of the room, not in the corner. 7. A loose metal screw was found by the bathroom corner near the toilet. 8. After using cups they were not replaced the next day by housekeeping. Pros: 1. Reasonable rates and located close to the airport 2. A decent hot and cold breakfast in the morning. The hotel is located a little away from the fast food and more formal restaurants, so you will need a car. Hopefully the renovation team and houseeping can step it up and improve quality control going forward.

Left this place after 1 night. The room was foul. The room I had smelled like an old diaper /baby puke, and it was clear it had the minimum of cleaning for months. Although this place is undergoing renovation, the issues had nothing to do with the renovations. Nail clipping on the floor, along with food crumbs everywhere. The bed dust cover were filthy. The toilet ran ran all night. The bathroom shower curtain rod was loose, and table lamp was all but in a heap. They didn’t have another, and I checked out by 0600 the next morning, When the clerk asked how my stay was, I told him. I then went to load my car. When I came back in he was making a comment about«there’s always one in a million» and when he saw me he never finished his sentence. If you can’t say it to your face, it might be wise to keep your mouth shut.

Just booked on Unilocal through the website. It was simple and easy to use. I’m doing a 2-night stay. It was close to restaurants and not too far from the airport or OCU. I loved the rooms there and price. It was safe to walk around and easy to Über everywhere from the hotel location. The rooms were nice, clean and breakfast was generous as well. I would totally stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel property. The rooms are not significantly big but the décor and the maintenance is good. There is no picture to judge the WIFI so I uploaded a screenshot. Hotel pictures on various sites are accurate. The fitness room is fairly small and humble but the equipment is fine. The walls are thin and you can hear people outside the hall or next to you. But it was fairly quiet for the most part. Breakfast is normal liquid eggs and thin microwave bacon.

Very new hotel, very nice lobby and breakfast area. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Very modern interiors, which was somewhat surprising based on the exterior of the building. We had a King room on the 2nd floor. It was kind of an odd set up. A long hallway that leads to a semi-cramped room. All spaces against the walls were occupied by a piece of furniture. Standard mini-fridge and microwave. The bathroom was really nice. Very open and nicely decorated. Higher grade toilet paper which is rare. What really made this stay was the mattress! It was amazing. We travel on a semi-regular basis and I have never slept so well, so solidly or been so alert the next day during a trip. The pillows were pretty great too. Not too firm, not too soft. I would definitely stay here again.

I usually love ffinns and even was upgraded to a suite. First night was great, however the 2nd night not so great. The people above me where jumping off the bed, slamming doors and lead for feet. I called down to ask if they politely request they quiet down and for three hours they did but at 1 am they were back at again — long short 4:30 I was Awaken by loud bang of the door followed by hoofs — the front desk said we have allot early check outs — I replied they aren’t check out and hung up. Very poor customer service — nice hotel

Thought this was a great quality hotel. It’s new so it feels crisp and clean. We stayed for a board meeting for an extended weekend. It includes free breakfast and wifi which is something I usually look for in business travel. It also have a pool and fitness center. And It’s close to the airport. The rooms were nice size with about 4 feet of extra space on one side of the two Queen beds. It also had a mini fridge. The lobby has a little snack shop near the front desk where you can by drinks, snacks and other goodies without leaving the hotel. Another plus is that some of the rooms over look a river and if you cross the street, walk towards the river there is a nice paved jogging trail. Big plus if you wanna run outside and not on the treadmill. I found the best rate online on the Marriott website. I think I will be back next time I visit OKC.

Great new hotel. Easy access to the airport & pretty much all of the city. I liked my 9 night stay. The staff were on spot between the front desk and housekeeping I was made to feel very welcome. Only sad is the closely Panera that is moving shortly ;-(
