Embassy Suites OKC Downtown/Medical Center

Just had the best complimentary breakfasts that I have ever had a hotel. This hotel is beautiful with big comfy beds, modern designs, and the friendliest hotel staff I’ve met in a very long time. As a flight attendant most hotels just blend together and you can’t tell the difference between all of them but this place is wonderful. The staff Calvern, I want to say Kendra making the omelets and the other gentleman today down at breakfast could not have been more helpful and kind.

Really nice and pretty darn new! The hotel was beautiful, rooms are large and comfortable. Had a really good stay and the hotel is very convenient to get downtown. My only compliant is really the front of house. The staff may have been new, but had some issues checking in. They were extremely polite — just not familiar with their computer systems. The waitstaff at the hotel bar/​breakfast area were incredible — really nice and professional. This is a great choice for a hotel if you are in the area. They also have a ‘Happy Hour’ which looked very popular.

Certainly one of the better Embassy Suites that I have stayed at. Very clean, modern, and conveniently located to downtown OKC.

Clean and we’ll kept. Friendly and helpful staff. Little further than I’d like to be from downtown (Chesapeake arena and bricktown) but it is what it is. Beds were super comfortable and my room was very spacious. Solid choice if u don’t need to be directly downtown… perfect place for business trips though. Lots of conference space and rooms would be comfortable to get work done in.

Fantastic hotel! Free breakfast has everything you could want including made to order items! Rooms are spacious and clean, very modern décor. Lobby is beautiful. I’m assuming it must be a newer hotel. A king size room with hhonors runs about $ 120. If you work for a large company ask if they have a discounted rate for that company. We paid $ 105. And it’s dog friendly! !!

Excellent staff and beautiful property about 15 – 20 min from airport and 3 min from university. They have lots of conference space. I was impressed with the hotel suite/​room, as it included a fridge, microwave, countertop, mini sink, a beautiful big dining table, two flat screen televisions (1 in family room and 1 in bedroom), and a pull out sofa. The décor was modern retro and looked clean. They offer complimentary made-​to-​order breakfast (which I wish was available for room service much earlier than 11am) and a complementary happy hour each evening. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a very beautiful hotel on the inside and my room for two was HUGE. Separate bathroom/​bedroom/​living room. It could of comfortably slept 6. Everything was super clean and the beds were unbelievably soft. Like sleeping on a cloud. The only thing that I didn’t like was the wifi never worked on my phone and the location wasn’t as close as I thought but still pretty close!
PLUS they have complimentary drinks from 5:30 — 7:30! I got 2 sangrias and 2 vodka cranberries before it closed down. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
DEFINITELY recommend coming here if you’re in the okc area! (If wifi isn’t for you it’d be an easy 5 star)

This review is written as a thank you to the lady at the front desk that gave me a ride to the hotel i was **supposed** to be at. I got dropped off by a co-​worker, and she happened to drop me off at the wrong hotel! Whoops, but the lady at the front (and I’m sorry I forgot your name) offered to give me a ride to the correct hotel. I was somewhat disappointed because the hotel was beautiful, and I really wanted to stay there:)

Great spot near entertainment and restaurants. Very modern, awesome breakfast and cocktail hour, and great service. Wouldn’t choose anything else.

Excellent hotel! For such a reasonable price, I was amazed at the rooms and amenities. The beds are great, the rooms are modern and spotless, the complimentary breakfast is awesome, and the staff is very helpful! Will def be back:)

Amazing and new hotel. Evening reception is great. Thank you for having warm water in the pool. In the past we had inside hotel pools with cold water. Couldn’t even swim in it. Will definitely stay here again. We didn’t want to go home.

One of the best hotels with a full breakfast menu & made to order omelets. Worth the cost & value. Oh, & this place is new, just built.

Hotel is nice and very new. I am leaving a poor review due to leaving a phone charger in the room that was missing after the room was cleaned. Inquired with the front desk twice about the missing charger and received no help.

Stayed here for a business trip. The hotel was clean and the service was fantastic. Everyone really went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Well color me happy, there’s an amazing new hotel, with easy access to all best parts of OKC, a perfect place for me to put my friends and family when they come to town!
Seriously, it’s gorgeous. Modern and sleek, with wonderful, wide corridors and beautiful details all around. I haven’t stayed in a guest room yet, though I plan to sometime soon. I was here for a meeting in one of the spacious and well-​appointed board-​style meeting rooms. It was perfect for our meeting, and while we were there we also ordered a wonderful lunch. We had a great server who took really good care of us, and I would absolutely host a meeting here again sometime.
I am so glad there’s such a nice place to stay. Especially for families in town for medical concerns, it’s nice to think that at least they would have such a nice place to relax so close to the medical center.

New hotel with a great location close to town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two in particular: Mike (maintenance engineer) and Ellis (waiter) were helpful and very personable. The free breakfast buffet was amazing and bountiful, sometimes forcing us to skip lunch. Room was spacious and quite comfortable.

What a surprise. This place exceeded expectations in every way. The staff were all beyond friendly-​from the cleaning staff to cooks to front desk staff. Found myself happily having conversations with all them. When I told the bell hop about what a great stay we had, he said something like «I’m glad you liked it as much as I do. They are great people to work for.» How awesome is that?! Places that treat their employees we’ll always impress me so much.
Also there was an Unbelievable and unexpected free (!) evening cocktail and snack hour, which was so awesome. I needed a margarita after a long afternoon in the minivan. And they have the best free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Omelettes and flap jacks to order. Fresh fruit. And about a hundred other things. There is also a Super nice pool and fitness room (no hot tub though).
All that and I haven’t even gotten to the room yet, which was new, clean, and spacious. We have two kids under 5 so we took advantage of the frig and microwave in the room. Honestly we will be looking for excuses to get back to okc to stay here again. Just so nice to see a business putting so much attention into guest experience and customer service. We felted like staying there was a real treat.
Plus it’s in a great location. Took us just ten minutes to get to the zoo and horseraces. And when we left we zipped right back on the highway in less than five.
We travel a lot. A lot. And this was by far the best hotel experience I can remember. Wish I could give them a few more stars.
