made an apt 8 weeks ago for a couples massage, they called and confirmed the apt 24 hrs ago. when we got there they had LOST our appt!!! how do you lose an apt that is confirmed? ruined our anniversary day, won’t be going back there.

Stay away from any business that suspends your account for an expired credit card & then refuses to allow & then refuses to allow you to use already paid for massages. They also kept talking over me & refusing to answer my question if they were going to refund my money. She also refused to give me her name. Sounds very fishy to me & I have been a loyal customer.

I had a terrible migraine that I hadn’t been able to get rid of for 3 days, even with my prescription meds. I made an appointment for a massage as a last try to relieve the pain, and I’m so happy I did! I was assigned to Denise for a one hour full body Swedish massage with concentration on the neck and head, and she was absolutely fantastic! I never felt uncomfortable (and normally I feel pretty awkward), and she was very good at adjusting pressure – I’m sensitive in places and she never once made me wince! It was like an hour of paradise… I walked in with a throbbing migraine and out feeling relaxed and pain free. I’m debating on getting a membership! She even gave me tips on preventing migraines and things that could cause them, as well as told me where my biggest knots were and suggestions on how to help with that! Quite honestly, I have nothing negative to say at all! I would definitely recommend getting a massage here!

This place provides a good deal for a good massage. My schedule is very busy, but they are able to accommodate with their great hours and availability.

Friendly staff. That’s all I have to say. It was instructional which I appreciate, although my deep tissue was not deep tissue. A combination of rubbing and light massage. Sorry therapist, that was my review.
Next you visit this place you may wanna check my review. It’s a clean and relaxing ambiance but no fully live up to the service rendered. Eek!

Haven’t even gone back yet, but Unilocal has a $ 49 initial visit special. Was told they don’t do it any more. Elements and Unilocal need to coordinate.

I’ve been to Elements a hand full of times now and have had a great experience with each visit. A friendly and knowledgeable staff, super clean studio, and a cozy environment are just some of the pluses at the top of my list. No need to search any further for my massage therapy needs, I’m home!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The last time I went here was in july for a 55-​minute DEEP TISSUE massage. I’ve been here in the past a couple of times and it was mediocre. I told the receptionist on the phone I had a lot of tension and needed someone who was good to please work on me. She gave me someone named Laurie/​Lori (sp?) I arrived early and my masseuse met me and showed me to my room. We went over my problem area and she told me it would be no problem. I told her if we did not have time for a full body to please just work on my lower back. She told me «Oh we will have more than enough time for a full body!» THANK THE HEAVENS I had a groupon for this place. My massage therapist spent 50 mins rubbing some greasy oil on me and didn’t even give me a massage. What she basically gave me was a rub down with oil/​lotion. When I asked her if she could give me more pressure on my lower back, she attempted to go deeper and her nails dug into my skin and since she put so much product on me, she ended up sliding all over my back. It was terrible. My chihuahua could probably apply more pressure by jumping onto my back then she could with her hands. I left that place feeling disappointed, greasy, and still covered in painful knots that were not worked on. They had the audacity to try and ask me if I wanted to sign up for a monthly membership. UH NO THANKS! Don’t waste your money.

We were in Oklahoma City to visit my daughter and her husband and were planning to visit a local water park. However, the weather turned nasty so we all were looking for an alternative form of entertainment. My wife and daughter wanted pedicures and the guys went along also. However, when we reached the nail salon, I spotted the Elements Massage a couple doors up. I do enjoy a pedicure but a good massage will always win out.
I scheduled an appointment with Angela and was able to get in with only a short wait. Angela was very professional. I get massages pretty often, but mostly for enjoyment rather than any need for therapy.
The facility was very nice and the rooms were quite with soft music playing in the background. I was able to relax and settle into enjoyment mode with only short interruptions to ask about pressure and comfort. Angela did a really nice job and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Pretty cookie cutter Massage place. Great massage, average price. This is better for the massage «Membership» type person then someone looking for a once in a life time experience. That being said, because of the knowledgeable staff and times I have left feeling great, a solid 4 stars.

I’ve gone to Donovan twice and he is awesome. Very receptive to feedback and obviously well-​trained to give an excellent deep tissue massage. I liked the massages enough that I got a membership!

I went back to this place for another go at it. I had spoken with the manager (Tobi) about my previous experience and she suggested a change in masseuse.
The masseuse I went to this time was named Mary, and she did a great job! My big complaint the first time was that they did not give me the massage I asked for/​focus on the area that I requested. This time around, it was exactly what I needed.
After the first time, I was ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ on whether or not I would recommend the place to someone else. Now, I would definitely recommend getting a massage from Mary. She’s the best!

I received a hot stone massage today by Drew. I asked for a hot stone and they said they had someone who could do it. Drew had never done a hot stone massage before and it was by far the worst massage I have ever had. I would have rather paid the money to stay in bed and sleep. It should not take work to get a massage. Lets start with he sweat on me, and yes I did say sweat… He made so much noise with the machine it was not relaxing, he put stones on my back that left welts, and he was so sporadic with the massage I never got comfortable. All he had to say at the beginning of the session was he had never done it before and I would have got a regular massage. At the end of my massage he apologized and told me he had never done a hot stone before and that he hope besides the hot stone everything else was OK. No it wasn’t I waisted my morning getting a massage that sucked. I work nights as a nurse and to not sleep for something pointless makes me furious. O and get this I talked to the manager and she took the hot stone off and $ 5 dollars, I still paid a total of $ 55 dollars and she said next time she would do the hot stone massage but didn’t comp the massage. I am just saying they should of paid me for the torture I went through today.

Great Massage, just got to be specific about the type of massage ask for the level 5 therapist when getting a sports massage, it was too my advantage to learn that therapist have levels of training not all therapist are equal. the same goes for the Elements catch phrase «Not All Massage is Created Equal»
