Dollar General Store

This store has improved tremendously from what it was 6 months ago. A better staff and always willing to stop what they are doing to help.
Yes the store gets a little crazy on their days of stocking but give them a break. They can only work so fast
It would be nice if they could have more people on the busy nights though

Always my ‘go to’ place when I need something quick without having to run to the supermarket or big box store. If I need a quick snack/​munchie item, toilet paper, milk, bread, dish detergent, etc it’s the spot. This is NOT the place for ground beef, and any other fancy schmancy stuff. It definitely has the claustrophobic feel with the small aisles and always boxes sitting around. Tends to be understaffed as well… have walked in MANY times and the lone staff person is in the storeroom leaving the front unmanned. Not a safe thing to do.
Just read the review that was NOT recommended concerning the electric heaters… yes, it is true… once you purchase a heater at their store, they will not return or even exchange it once is been opened. How do you know it’s defective if you don’t open it?! I too was stuck with a heater purchased there…$ 30 WASTED!
