I like what they’re trying to do, but the staff is not nice. They’re very snotty and not helpful at all. Customer service is so lacking that it’s uncomfortable to go in there. For a local business, you’d think they’d be friendlier.

DNA is a neat shop nestled in the Plaza that caters to those who love everything about Oklahoma. From Thunder shirts to OK adorned coasters to jewelry made by local artisans, DNA is the poster child for the modern Oklahoman who wants to show their state pride with oodles of accessories.
This is not a bad thing, though. I think it’s neat that people want to express their love for our fine state. It’s just that the shop is very focused, and if you want cute items that aren’t necessarily about Oklahoma, you probably want to go elsewhere. For me, DNA is good for oogling the Amanda Bradway necklaces. One day I will save up enough money to buy one! *shakes fist*

I could be a little partial to this place, however, you can’t step through the door without that happening. It’s a spot that continues to find new great products made by local artists, crafters and artisans from all over Oklahoma.
DNA has been in the Plaza District for 6 ½ years now and the owners continue to make waves in the local art scene. They’ve been pioneering a path for public art all over the city. The life that they have brought to the Plaza is something so many continue to benefit from.

This place is sooo legit. I could have spent big money in here had it not been xmas a week ago. I loved the prism necklaces with gems inside. Everything in here was ill as hell. It was local, but it wasn’t «shop here because it’s local,» it’s «shop here because this shit is awesome!»

I absolutely adore DNA Gallery. If you need a gift this is the place to get it. Their t-​shirt selection is pretty stellar especially if you have strong Oklahoma pride! The thunder selection is amazing also.
I think the local art is always pretty great. I appreciate this store for their love of all things local. I like that every time I stop by the selection had changed. I can almost always find something that I didn’t know that I needed.

DNA is THE place to go for local shopping. The store is filled with local handmade creations, beautiful art and the best local t-​shirts. They have wonderful art shows every month that are always a blast.
The owners and all the employees here are some of the best people in the city. They will help you find the perfect gifts and items for yourself that you can’t live with out. Shop local in the best way possible!

As a business owner, I get to meet lots of other business owners. These are some of the coolest people out there. Fun, funky art, non-​mass produced clothing, hipster vibe but doesn’t require a beard or anchor tattoo.
The employees feel more like part-​owners rather than pushy sales folk or helpless zombies. Yes, they are packed during Live, this should be a good sign. Space is comfortable and very well decorated.

Great place to buy local handmade goods, and affordable art! Definitely check them out when you are looking for unique gifts. I make a point to go here every time I’m in Oklahoma City. They have a friendly staff and are very open minded to the many diverse groups in Oklahoma. Be sure to check them out if you are in the Plaza District!

I thought all the things they had here were so cool! Most things had an Oklahoma theme: Tshirts, paintings, necklaces, earrings, and other knick knacks. The store was spacious, I didn’t feel cramped despite there being a ton of people inside the store (I went during the Plaza District festival so it was very crowded). What I liked best was their greeting cards. They were plain white cards with simple words in the front. My favorite was an I’m sorry card that read, «I’m a tool.»

After browsing a couple of times, we finally made the plunge and purchased a unique Oklahoma print for our living room. This is a neat store filled with a variety of goods made by local artists. I am sure there is something in there for everyone, and I’ve already been told by the wife that we are going back for some of the earrings.

Every time I stop here, usually to buy a gift I always find what I need. All the items in here seem to be local and are oklahoma themed. Perfect to take out of towners for souvenirs too.

DNA Galleries is a staple in the Plaza District! They have such a wide variety of items. From handmade jewelry to local art or Oklahoma themed shirts, there is something for everyone here!
One thing I love about DNA Galleries is how many different local artist’s goods they have here! Its a great space that showcases how much talent we have in our great state!
Pricing is comparable to all other local shops like this, if you want one of the Thunder/​Oklahoma themed shirts they are usually $ 20 – 30. And don’t forget to check out the cute Thunder onesies!

This place is quite possibly the coolest local retail store I’ve been to in OKC. I feel like I might be buying most, if not all, of my Christmas gifts here for some awesome, local goodies made by awesome, local artists. I honestly wanted to buy everything in this store and I cannot tell you how long I have been looking for a Thunder shirt for my three year old daughter; yep, they have them!
So basically if you are wanting to support local artists (I hope so), and if you are wanting to shop local (you better be) and you want to end up with some fantastic things, then check out DNA Galleries.

VERY cool art gallery. All sorts of things from local OKC artists, clothing, handmade stuffed toys, art, jewelry, etc., all pretty reasonably priced. the owner was super nice the couple of times I’ve been in, and if you live in OKC and haven’t been here, shame on you. The world needs more places like this.
