Was visiting Oklahoma City and my screen was cracked so I tried finding someone that could repair it for me. I left two voicemails and sent a message through the Unilocal app and no return phone call or customer service of any kind. I’m used to that in California… but was definitely disappointed by the lack of follow up.

I called up John Paul McCrary, aka«the Digital Doctor» and asked him if he could fix my iPhone 5’s broken screen. He said he could and came to my parents’ place to fix it(I was in town over the holidays). I was busy and didn’t have time to check the phone immediately after finishing the repair and he left. After about a half hour after leaving, I turned on my iPhone only to discover that the touchscreen wasn’t functioning. At this point I called and texted John Paul numerous times(10+ over the course of five days) only to have him never respond. I am now left with a non-functional iPhone 5 which will cost me another $ 150 to repair. In short, I would strongly recommend anyone looking to have his/her phone repaired not to use«the Digital Doctor» as he is disreputable.

He came to the house within 30. Minutes and had my phone fixed right away! He was so polite and professional. He even texted me to follow up! I will use him for all electronics repairs!

Called the listed number for a macbook repair. He was very cordial and polite. He asked that I text pics of it so he could get the serial #s and could do research, and said he would get back with me that evening. I dutifully complied, and after getting a text saying he got the pics never heard from him again, even after texting him a reminder. Hmmmmm. The case of the disappearing doctor… quite a mystery. I ended up taking it to another place.

Mr McCrary is very fast and neat with his repair work. I will call him for future repairs.
