I have been there several times for a pedicure. Linda did a fantastic job. However… Went in today for a $ 35 shellac french manicure and within ten minutes after leaving, the shellac was peeling off on 5 fingernails. I went back and they were going to «fix it.» I told them to just take it off and refund my money. I was trying not to be difficult, but did not hold any faith that it could be fixed since they didn’t do it right the first time. The lady that did it apologized and tried to re-do my nails after I just told her to take it off and refund my money. She then said, «I don’t know what to do, I said I was sorry!» and«They are peeling because the weather outside is cold.» She also pulled out a cuticle snipping tool from her drawer that I believe was unsanitary and used it like it was no big deal. Another lady who I assumed to be the shop manager took the shellac off(very poorly might I add) and when I said I wanted a full refund, she told me she could only give me $ 20 of the $ 35 I paid because they did give me a manicure. I pointed out to her that a manicure included a polish color and she started getting huffy with me, raised her voice and hollered, «GOPICKOUT A COLORTHEN!!!» I told her that is not good business practice and she started shouting at me and said, «Here is your refund of $ 20 plus another $ 5 just to make you happy Oookkaaay!» My nails looked worse coming out of their salon than they did going in. The shop manager and some of her employees were very hard to communicate with due to a language barrier. Needless to say, I will be finding somewhere else to get services done. Stay away!

This is the only place I will go now for a pedicure! They have the sweetest ladies that work there. They always remember my name and my sisters name. The deluxe pedicure is ahhhhhmaaaaazing! I prefer the lavender sea salt scrub and the mint mask. They use hot stones and they give awesome massages! The deluxe pedi costs $ 35 and I think it is worth every penny!
