What are two good reviews doing in the not recommended? I think Unilocal is a joke. I work hard to get these reviews don’t play me like an idiot

My first experience with carpet cleaning as I’m moving into a new place and my 2 year old has a pet dander allergy… the previous tenant had pets… after the cleaning, I can’t tell there was ever a pet in the house. In appearance or odor. Carpets look like new, and the service was awesome!

My dog managed to have an accident on one of my couch cushions and instead of buying a completely new couch I decided to hire this company to do what they advertised. Unfortunately their ads are a tad misleading. The tech who picked up my couch cushion informed me that it would be done within a week. It has been two weeks now and I have yet to receive my couch cushion.
After several attempts to schedule a delivery after they informed me that it was complete they failed to deliver. Considering the time frame they give you’d or their delivery you would think they would be considerate enough to tell you that they never planned on delivering.
I scheduled a delivery on a Tuesday and waited between 12PM and 3PM… no delivery… no phone call. Scheduled another delivery for Thursday… no delivery… no phone call. Then again on Saturday between 12PM and 5PM… NOTHING.
I called the manager and she didn’t get back to me until the following day only to tell me that they sent my couch cushion all the way to DALLAS just to get cleaned. Sounds like a crock of s*** to me. But I went ahead scheduled another delivery.
I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. They are completely unprofessional and lack the basic foundation of good customer service.

I’ve had the worst experience with this company. They didn’t show up the first day they were supposed to be at my home and then the second day they were several hours late and did a HORRIBLE JOB. Barely spent any time actually working. Let several scuffs and scratches on my walls and base boards. They came back a few days later to re-​do the job and were of course several hours late again. Did a terrible job again and didn’t even finish the complete job. Because of my bad experience they just sent my check back to me to give me a refund. This was in February. Today, in April, someone from Chem Dry calls me and tell me I have an unpaid balance. WTF is wrong with these people?!? The person who called was very rude at first telling me that I had an unpaid balance because I didn’t pay… I seriously can’t even with this company. Do not even bother using them. Nothing but trouble!

Not my favorite Chem Dry experience! The 1 guy showed up. Upcharged me for stain treating and light moving yet moved 1 chair and on end table at MOST. He was not very good at communicating. I was not sure what I was paying for or what I was getting. He drug the hoses and scrapped my woodwork and scuffed my walls and didn’t even care. He then cut through my dining room with his big equipment dripping soap/​solution on my hand scrapped wood floors when there was another way to get to the other room. When I put chairs in the path to block the path and cleaned the solution, he said nothing, moved my chairs and continued to walk through. When he was done with the hoses, I asked that he move them outside and shut the door … he said he would in a minute and continued to do what he was doing. so I moved them outside and shut the door myself. When he was done… he never said thank you, call again… or even GOODBYE! Hmmm… too bad, because even with a poor service I usually tip SOMETHING.

Second cleaning! Very satisfied with the results. Randy is excellent and very knowledgeable. See you in three months.
