Excellent customer service! Installers are professional and friendly and I LOVE our new windows!
Our experience was 5 stars from start to finish. When my husband and I stepped into the showroom we were greeted by a salesperson who asked some questions about our needs, gave us some general info about their products, and sent us home with pamphlets… no high-​pressure sales.
We made an appointment for him to come out and look at our home and take some preliminary measurements. When the salesperson arrived, he took measurements and got info on which windows & doors we wanted to replace. He then left and went back to his office to draw up a quote. A few days later we went into their showroom to go over the quote and place an order. We put 50% down and a few days after that, someone came out to take more specific measurements for the custom-​built windows and doors we bought.
It takes 3 – 4 weeks after placing an order for the windows to be built. When they were done, we received a call and were told installers could come out the next day.
The installers arrived on time & immediately went though the pre-​install checklist with me. They then started on the window of my choice and went to work. They placed drop cloths over the furniture near the windows and on the floor inside and on the ground outside for each area where they were working. We had 13 windows, a storm door, and a 9-​foot patio door installed. The job took about 2.5 days because we had quite a bit of water damage around our old windows (80+ year old house) so they had to do extra work to correct those issues.
At the end of each day they cleaned the work area and even picked up stray nails/​screws in the driveway using a large magnet. We don’t have to worry about flat tires due to construction debris. This is one of those little things overlooked by a lot of contractors.
Our installers were Dewey and Jesse, who drove up from Ardmore to do the job and managed to be on schedule all three days. At the end of the job, Dewey went over the operation & care of all the windows/​doors we had installed and explained everything they did.
We are thrilled with our new windows and very glad we decided to go with Champion!

Won’t quote over the phone when I have all my measurements and options, I have to COME IN to their showroom. Why is that? Felt a lot like I was about to be pressured in a car-​sales type of way. So they can keep their windows and I’ll purchase from one of the others that would let me do a little of the legwork by phone and then whittle it down to a limited couple to visit in person…
