Do not use this LTL carrier! They do not stick to promised transit times, and do not care about customer satisfaction. There’s a reason they’re the least expensive carrier. They move at their own speed and operate as though their customers do not have a choice now or ever! I will seriously be surprised if they are around in ten years. I have asked my broker to not include them in future quotes. I hardly ever experience issues when shipping LTL, but in this past year, about 90% have been when Central carried the load! Unless your shipment is not at all time sensitive, and you don’t mind losing a pallet or two, save yourself the headache and pay the extra $ 20 – 50 & use someone that cares.
