Tucked in downtown OKC is a small park that is just under half a mile of green grass. It’s right on Broadway, but despite that it’s pretty quiet. It has a couple of benches and a couple of trees that make it a wonderful place to drink some coffee purchased from the nearby Beatnix Café and read a good book. Currently, Orly Genger is displaying her work ‘Terra’ and will be until October 2, 2015. While there isn’t a whole lot to see(besides, of course, the awesome, winding knit of lobster ropes,), it’s a rather peaceful place. A couple of friends and I spent a good hour and a half there just chatting. I implore you to check out the quaint park and the Oklahoma inspired art.
