If you like bad attitudes and them never getting your order right or even try and make it right GO HERE BEST PLACE TO GET TREATED LIKE THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SHOE and zero concern about your food. Good luck!

I have been to this location a few times now. Sometimes just for milk. Sometimes just for ice cream. Sometimes for the burgers.
Anytime I am never disappointed. The staff is friendly & always upbeat. Just what you need in a great «ice cream joint»…

A Braum’s is a Braum’s is a Braum’s is a Braum’s. Except this Braum’s has exceptionally good customer service. We have a tendency to complain, or voice our grievances about a business when they screw up, but for some reason we’re less inclined to commend a business when they rectify a mistake, or go out of their way to let you know that you matter as a customer. I figured I should take the time to rave about a business, since I’m certainly not against ranting about a business when it’s necessary.
Well done, Braum’s #005.

The food can’t be beat. The strawberry shakes are the best ever. Somehow Braums even makes the simplest food taste better.
I do wish they kept their restaurants cleaner, or maybe better maintained. The staff is always reasonably nice and helpful. I visit OKC about 8 times a year and I always try a strawberry shake (or ice cream) at Braums at least once.
Probably deserve better than 3 stars, but they need to maintain them better and keep them cleaner.
Also, they are always out of «long spoons» I need for my large Strawberry Shake!
