After a terrible experience in Amarillo the night before, this hotel provided cleanliness and a comfort that we desperately needed while on the road. While it’s location was a bit odd, not too far from a Chick-Fil-A, it felt tucked away from the highway enough where there wasn’t a lot of noise. The bathroom was big and extremely well kept. The beds were comfortable but the blanket was the kind of fabric that slips off the bed in the middle of the night. The breakfast was comprehensive and in the front area which almost felt like its own little diner. Also, thank god for the pool! Perfect temp for a swim at night. All in all, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on our way through town!

Not good! Booked 2 Queen bed room on Expedia several days in advance. Drove 5 hours arriving after 10pm only to be told they didn’t have any 2 Qn rooms left. I insisted they must since they sold it to me and I had confirmation but was told all they could offer was a King bed with couch and rollout. Since it was late I took the room but asked for a discount or some accommodation since I had chosen that hotel because other area hotels only had Kings, but I needed a 2 Qn room. The desk attendant insisted repeatedly that since the room was booked online he couldn’t make any accommodation but that he could talk to his manager in the morning but he would tell me the same thing. We went to the room and sat on the beds while I attempted to call Best Western customer service and Expedia customer service. At that time my wife and daughter saw a bug(later identified as a bedbug by Google search) crawl out of a pillow case. We took pictures and videos and checked out as soon as Expedia rebooked us elsewhere.

Not the best place I have ever stayed. Broke two of the golden rules, the bed linens were dirty as was the bathroom floor. Would not recommend this place.

Great hotel, especially for the value online! The staff was very friendly and courteous. We booked a standard king room on TripAdvisor, and the manager gave us a suite since it was the only king bed they had left. The room looked new with updated, modern furnishings and was extremely clean. The full breakfast was what you would expect at any hotel: eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, pastries, cereal, waffles, etc. If I ever stay in the Moore area again, I will definitely return here!

By far the best hotel we stayed in on our Spring break trip. We are a family of five(me, my husband, and our three children) so it is sometimes a challenge to find a hotel room big enough to accommodate us and not break the bank. This hotel was excellent. The two kings suite was awesome. It had one king in a room by itself and the other king in the main room. There was a sitting area and a kitchenette area with a sink, micro fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was nice and clean. My kids loved the pool but the stone walkways where very slippery. The breakfast would have been nice but they stop serving too early(9 am). All of the other hotels we stayed at on this trip served until 9:30 so if we got up at 8 am we could still enjoy the free breakfast. Overall I give this hotel a 4. Serve breakfast later and I’ll up it to a 5.

Stayed here for the Notre Dame v. Oklahoma football weekend and it was great. Easy access to downtown Oklahoma City and to Norman via freeways. Staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well appointed. with comfortable beds and big screen televisions. Hot breakfast was so so, but enough to get you started. All in all, it was a good value.

A really nice hotel, not located in the heart of Oklahoma City but stuck in between Norman and OKC. We have come up here for a football game and this hotel is about 15 minutes from Oklahoma University. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel, and there is wifi that is free as well. The hotel has an indoor pool in the lobby and comes with a free hot breakfast! The rooms are clean and have flat screen tvs. The beds are comfortable and service is fantastic. This is a nice Best Western property! I will stay here again.
