The entire hotel smells like an ashtray even though we got a non smoking room. For over $ 100 a night with a discount, I can’t believe this place. We opened the sofa bed and the blanket had blood stains crusted on and the smell was horrific. Definitely has not been cleaned in a very very long time. We all already have headaches from the smoke, even the parking lot reeks of smoke. I have never stayed at a best western and this will be my last time. I knew I should have stayed at the Hyatt.
