Purchased desktop tower and requested hard drives removed from old unit and installed in new booting up to old log ins. After 3 attempts to get it right I hired Computer Medics to come out to get everything working properly $ 80 well spent. I think Best Buy needs to refund my service plan and pay the $ 80
If your going to sell a product like computers you need certified schooled technicians to R2 hardware, install software, and configure systems that a computer uses.

I have been in this store a few times, and it is definitely a fail for me. I went in the other night to talk to the representative from Cox (who wasn’t there), and that was fine. So I moved on to my next reason for being there which was the XBOX. I wanted to buy one for a loved one and no one would help me. I was also looking at the new 4K TV’s and no help there. I was like on a shopping binge, and this place put a damper on my shopping mood. All the employees are either talking to each other, or are no where to be found. This was a mass amount of money that I had planned on dropping in this store, but I ended up leaving without spending 1 penny. I won’t be back.

They’re okay, but not great, just like the rest of the chain.
I usually seem to have the same experience: when I don’t need anything, 40 people talk to me. When I need something, they run the other way. No one talked to me today, and I didn’t really need anything.
You have to watch the prices, as they are often above the typical street price. Occasionally, they’ll run a great price but it’s unusual. I’ve noticed several of their stores will not promote an item and practically hide it, then put it on clearance. They wonder why they’re not making money.
They had a decent array of merchandise at the store, but nothing really stood out.

Nothing too thrilling on this adventure, but I haven’t been in a Best Buy in a couple years and nothing has changed.
Came in looking for a privacy screen for an iPhone 5C & 4 and for some reason they are hard to find. I found one here and was confused on the labeling & when an associate came by to ask if I was alright it brought up the question. «What exactly is 4 way privacy screen protection?» He didn’t know and didn’t even go ask for help to then come back to inform me. I mean he could’ve guess for all I cared, but I ended up searching it on my phone to find out what the difference was on the spot.
Meh, the prices on iPhone cases in some areas are a bit high, but they have a big selection as well. Not sure if I’ll be back in a Best Buy for a couple more years now.

Good selection of TVs, computers, and major appliances. The prices are also in line with other retailers.
Horrible selection for music. If it isn’t 2000 or later you likely won’t find it-​and don’t even think of looking for classical or jazz-​they don’t have a section for them. Same with dvd and bluray. Clerk told us that the bluray sections is on a rotation so other than new releases the stock changes every few months-​and they never know what they will be getting.
Clerks were hard to come by on the last two visits-​and weren’t very helpful once found. The cashiers were nice and accomodating-​and probabaly the best thing about this visit.
I will probably come here again when my mom needs something major but will go elsewhere when looking for anything else.

As said by others, just your normal best buy. The employees were helpful, went in looking for a replacement laptop charger. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Nothing really special happened to warrant an outstanding review.
