Despite all the negative reviews I had no issues at all. The delivery team was based out of OKC and I had multiple appliances delivered and installed. They had to dissassemble the refrigerator that I purchased all the way down to the shell to get it in my home and did so with no issues. Washer, Dryer, and microwave were all installed as well with no issues. The team(Eddie and another delivery driver) were not able to instal my dishwasher due to a bad valve. They explained what I needed to do in order to resolve the issue before they could complete installation. After I had a plumber come out to replace my valve Baileys sent out another installer(Nathan) to complete. He went over all my new appliances and explained everything perfectly. That same night I had a question I had neglected to ask and called the number off my called ID and Nathan answered after hours when i expected to leave a voicemail.

Let me preface this review by saying I have never written one before. I am a very busy professional so it takes me being seriously disappointed to take the time to review a business but Bailey’s logistics has been so unprofessional and rude I felt I must make it known. Based on the other reviews it seems my experience is not unusual. Baileys was the contract company who delivered and installed a dishwasher to my home. They improperly installed it resulting in a major leak and quite a bit of damage. One of their employees came to look at it and said«if I had been here this never would’ve been installed like this». The plumber that ultimately did the repair said esentially the same– indicating the installation was done by novices and a professional would’ve known better. Regardless, my claim which was not inflated and would not have broken their bank to me was denied. The denial was not at all surprising as I knew claims and the manager of the office my work was done out of had been extensively speaking and esentially told me they didn’t intend to pay for anything. I continue to pursue it however because it was denied based on my signing a document esentially stating they were not responsible for any leaks. Problem is… I don’t remember signing that, have no documenation showing I signed it and Baileys has yet to be able to produce documentation showing I signed anything like that. Throughout the experience every employee at Baileys has been rude and did not at all resonate with the website’s mission statement which talks about customer service and customers coming first. Infact, just today I relayed my situation with a «customer service representative» there and she literally said…“thank you Erin Brokovich” and hung up on me. Obviously this company does not care what their reputation is. I’m hopeful Home Depot will because obviously I will not be the last person to have a bad experience if I don’t speak up.

Did not install my dishwasher correctly and REFUSED to work with my schedule to correct THEIR mistake! I was eventually refunded by Home Depot and they sent a different team out to fix the issue which took literally 4 minutes! Unbelievably rude and ineffectual customer service.

Bailey’s delivery service does not use the proper equipment when delivering your items. When they arrived to our house to deliver our washer, dryer and refrigerator they pulled up in a box truck without a lift to hoist the large/heavy equipment down properly. Upon doing this, they dropped our dryer, and then claimed no damage had been done. We immediately stopped everything and told them to return when they had the proper equipment and a new dryer. They also claimed they could not deliver our refrigerator because they had dropped another refrigerator earlier that morning and«smashed it to pieces». When they returned 4 days later, they still did not have a hoist, but had brought a dolly this time to help with the installation. They only installed a washer and refrigerator, and were«waiting on Maytag to replace the dryer». I promptly received a call from Maytag who informed me that I would not be receiving the new dryer until 12÷21÷13(today is 12÷12÷13). I inquired as to why that was and found that they could ship one next day, but that Bailey’s didn’t have any opening in their schedule to allow for this. They can not finish the work they started because they are too busy lining up more jobs that can drop for you folks out there. We purchased the items from Home Depot in OKC, whom uses Bailey’s Delivery Service for their home deliveries. Do not use Bailey’s and if you decide to use Home Depot, request another service.
