Horrible! Have had them for a year and have had 20 techs come out to check out why my WiFi is not running or just running really slow and they find nothing so I’ve had 4 modems changed and I’ve also had 4DVR’s changed and one wireless receiver. So far since the last modem was a new style it’s been working fine. But a whole yr and they tell me I can’t take my home phone off the package if so my price will go up, dumb because I qualify for life line for a regular landline and I would only have to pay $ 4.00 At least they have been nice and almost every month they have been crediting my account for all the problems I have gone through! I might just go back with Cox!

While my technician was awesome, troubleshooting, adding on, upping my plan has been a very very extremely difficult process I want to spend more money with you but your call times are not conducive to my schedule. You have a call center right in OKC but you can’t help me Til Monday? Overpriced and terrible customer service.

Internet goes from 4 – 5 bars down to 1 and disconnect at 10 feet from router. Tech service didn’t help and didn’t send promised info on how to fix.

If you have to get att then get their tv and get Cox internet. Customer service is very bad. Expect 2+ hours for tech support. And the tech scheduled to come out and fix was a no show.
